"This is not a coffee and donut shop," Jan Morgan, owner of the Gun Cave Indoor Shooting Range in Hot Springs, Ark., wrote in an online post last month. "This is a live fire indoor shooting range ... Why would I want to rent or sell a gun and hand ammunition to someone who aligns himself with a religion that commands him to kill me?"
Morgan, who says she has "read and studied" the Koran thoroughly, found "109 verses commanding hate, murder and terror against all human beings who refuse to submit or convert to Islam." ... Morgan claims that when she received her license to sell guns, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives informed her "that if we feel ANY reason for concern about selling someone a firearm, even sense that something is not right about an individual, or if we are concerned about that [person's] mental state, even if they pass a background check, we do not have to sell that person a gun. Two different ATF agents stressed that it is better to err on the side of caution. In other words, a federal agency has given [gun shops] discretion on firearms deals.
"I understand that not all Muslims are terrorists," Morgan continued. "I also believe there are as many Muslims who do not know what is in their Koran as there are Christians who do not know what is in their Bible. Since I have no way of discerning which Muslims will or will not kill in the name of their religion and the commands in their Koran, I choose to err on the side of caution for the safety of my patrons."

Saudi Arabia.
also explain al-taqiyaa and read those verses. they can lie to non-muslims if they believe it furthers the cause of islam.
Where does it say that in the US Constitution?
This range will be shut-down so fast it will make Taz look slow.
It is sneaky trick, all they have to do is send Muslims to all the ranges across the nation and have this occur. Then they sue or force them to shut down (or the owner shuts down rather than be put at risk) and then viola! You have no more gun ranges!
Don’t worry, there will be plenty of 4 named judges to rule against this person assuring the Muslim victory here.
govt could look real stupid here if it rules against a gun dealer/range operator being careful and exercising atf guidelines for safety. she needs areal good lawyer to ensure this is what gets across to everyone there.
I fully encourage every private citizen to discriminate against every Muslim. Let them worship their pedophile prophet and pray to their space rock from somewhere else. No tolerance should be given to those that align themselves with a false religion/death cult that wants to kill Christians and Jews. Make every Muslim's life in America a miserable hell. They need to get used to it anyway because they will burn in hell eventually. (And yes, I am in a very happy mood today, you should catch me when I'm pissed off)
My point being, Bundy ranch was the first time people really stood up. We can't let this go. We can't. In Texas, of all places. Where's that grand bastion of freedom? Y'all want to make sure that the world knows EXACTLY what we think about this garbage, I'm ready to pitch in.
As a business owner who is responsible for the safety of her patrons, she really can't risk that.
CAIR may be really stepping in it here.
I am surprised not at all...
If a person has been issued a permit to shoot a gun by the state, I am not sure that a shooting range can deny them access to the range.
My first guess would be the US taxpayers. As we have seen, everyone from ACORN to the Sierra Club can be granted $$ hundreds of millions, buried deep in bills regarding housing, environment etc...., for the ostensible purpose of training, community awareness, etc....
Unless they are Christians!
> These groups are very well organized, and attack traditional values as they seek to white-wash Islam facts, to dominate the information that is made public about them.
And no matter what CAIR says they are still involved in money laudering and send money to support terrorism though it may not be a direct link as it has been in the past. They’ve just learned to conceal it better. It may not pass directly through THEIR bank accounts but you can lay money on it if you start auditing their books you will find payments they’ve made that look like regular vendors that will end up being linked to terrorist networks. You may have to extend the audit to its board members or employees but you will find it if you look hard enough
What state are you in?
> Right, you have it. The thing is is this is not an ordinary business where you might refuse to sell donuts to someone. She has some leeway to refuse customers as said, based on Federal Law and what the ATF has told her.
I think the potential for death migh be a factor there.
[Walter, from suitcase] waehhahhaehhaa!
Unfortunately our leaders (Bush included) never understood that Islam means submission. Our foreign policy should be to create a world of hurt for every Muslim man, woman and child until they submit to our will. Then they will forget their death cult.
> If a person has been issued a permit to shoot a gun by the state, I am not sure that a shooting range can deny them access to the range.
Watch me violate the law if I were the gun range owner. The government doesn’t abide by the law anymore anyway. They do whatever they want then lie or deceive people about it so they never hear the truth.
Get a good lawyer. Go through a really ferocious discover and see they demostrate to the public that CAIR is the terrorist front organization it really is and provoke the Feds into action against it.
