"A California Congressman claimed Tuesday that the Islamist terror group occupying the White House's attention in the Middle East is quietly slipping into the United States through its porous southern border – and that American border patrol agents have already captured ten of its soldiers.
Republican Duncan Hunter told a Fox News Channel audience that ISIS, the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, is actively infiltrating the U.S.
'I know that at least ten ISIS fighters have been caught coming across the Mexican border in Texas,' he said. 'There's nobody talking about it.'"

Because Democrat Senators care more about increasing their voter base than National security and their chosen President Obama continues making decisions that favor Muslims and Jihad. No one person has done more to support a Califate than Obama.

Traditionally, its called yellow press. One characteristic of the yellow press is to sensationalize a story.
It could also be looked at in the terms of how Hillary described it as part of the VRWC in the late 90s.

Without a serious fence system for the Border Patrol to actually watch and guard, the BP is forced to “defend in depth.” The southern border is 2,019 miles from sea to sea. If the Border Patrol check points are 40 miles from the border, agents must roam across an area of 80,000 square miles seeking illegal immigrants. This is a fool’s errand, deliberately futile. 80,000 square miles is the size of Idaho or Kansas.
The same number of border patrol agents actually guarding a physical barrier means that every inch of the border is under observation at all times. For example, anybody carrying a ladder to the fence will be seen, and stopped by nearby Border Patrol agents who react to their approach. That is why the San Diego fence is so effective. It needs to be extended across the entire border. Or, we can keep play-acting at border security, with the Border Patrol playing Keystone Kops across 80,000 square miles of rough scrub land terrain.
Not to the extent the dem party does but yes most could be described that way.
