Hundreds of airline passengers were exposed to the Liberian national before he landed in Dallas, last month, as it is revealed that he took at least three flights to get from Monrovia, Liberia to Texas.
Officials announced that Thomas Eric Duncan flew through Brussels to get to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport - but no airlines operate a direct flight from the European capital to Dallas, meaning he had to take a connecting flight in between.
U.S. officials have refused to release details of his itinerary, including which city he connected through - claiming that none of his fellow passengers are at risk.
Several leading U.S. airlines said on Wednesday they were in close contact with federal health officials about Ebola-related travel.
Airlines for America, the industry trade group, on Wednesday U.S. airlines are in regular contact with the Centers for Disease Control and other government agencies about helping to prevent the spread of Ebola.

Once there is a case in New York, you will see the same people screaming to lock down all air traffic.
That's just the tip of the iceberg ...
Boston / Philly / New York Ebola cases ?
Subways ... AMTRAC ... taxis ...
It's be a disaster ... all happening JUST BEFORE the CHRISTMAS SHOPPING Season.
Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade may be a BUST.
"Thanks" ... Obama ... you "bastard" ...

If they can keep it contained in Texas (which is not real to many in the beltway) it will be considered a win and we should all shut up and sit down. The patient changed planes at Dulles, so the virus might be in the beltway.

Give up the straw man arguments. He was showing no symptoms until 4 days after he landed.

I’ll blame him if any of these folks die. I’ll blame him if airline revenues go down. I’ll blame him for putting himself before other human beings.
If you knew you had a condition which could kill other people and knowingly put them in harm’s way, you are guilty.

The medics say that if he wasn’t exhibiting symptoms on the flight there is NO chance of infecting either the Pax or the plane. They say..those that are famous for saying..they say!

I cant blame him for wanting treatment in the US vs. dying in Liberia. I can blame him for putting hundreds more at risk. But that's not what you said.
You can't have it both ways. That's deadly PC bullshit.

An article I read earlier today had the CDC guy saying that the disease is MORE LIKELY to spread in the later stages. From a (gruesome) description that somebody else gave of how the disease goes, it eventually causes projectile diarrhea and vomiting and blood oozing from everywhere so that by the time a person dies they are basically a pile of glop held together by bones. IOW, in the “later stages” it is much more likely to spread because the germs are all over the place. I don’t suppose that means that the germs are absent from body fluids before that.
I wish there was somebody we could trust to tell us the truth.

No one’s going to fly if they feel they’ll die a horrible death and so will their loved ones... The airlines need to stop flying in and out of Africa until this is over.

Reinstate Ellis Island rules and procedures. Close the borders to illegal alien criminals! That said...if NYC is effected, it couldn’t happen to a nicer group of LIBs.

The patient changed planes at Dulles, so the virus might be in the beltway. Wonder how long his layover was. Maybe he coughed a lot while he was waiting for his flight to Dallas. Lots of Congresscritters use Dulles Airport.

Based on what I have read, Duncan didn’t give a damn who he infected....And you can bet the rent, he knew damn well he was very likely infected when he got that airline ticket to bail out of Africa.
