Not good. What will you say now Cold Case?
This is the same government that bars your kid from school for not having a mumps shot.
Believe the government assurances at your own peril.
And then comes the 3rd.

If confirmed, this is going to get a lot worse.
We need to dust off the old quarantine laws. My late grandfather talked of the 1918 flu (which I didn’t realize how bad it was till much later) and things like Yellow Fever.
Thanks for posting. Health/life BUMP!
During the next 2-3 weeks, we will likely be hearing additional reports of similar cases. The path of those cases will trace back to the travel of the first Ebola victim from yesterday.
Connecting some of the dots from the ambiguities of the presser yesterday, the first patient was contagious for at least 2 days before he was admitted to the hospital. Per other reports of other victims, the contamination period may or may not be while the current victim is showing symptoms.

This thread is starting to appear on the web now and as a link to other reports. Do we have any further confirmation?
M-O-O-N, that spells pestilence!
Baby, can you dig your man?
No mention of a 2nd case by Hemmer on top-of-the-hour FoxNews.
John Roberts (FoxNews) asked officials about a 2nd case in Dallas. CDC and local officials are denying any knowledge of a 2nd case.
Case 1 started showing symptoms one week ago...And already one member in household is showing symptoms? Incubation time is shortened considerably, person 2 is very very delicate, or they are lying about how sick he was during travel.
We have been assured that this can not happen in the USA, only in dirt poor African countries. Obviously just a case of eating some bad fish.
about five minutes ago +/- ... (link) of monitoring and situation be said as unconfirmed ... http://www.wfaa.com/story/news/health/2014/10/01/thompson-dallas-county-ebola-patient-cases/16524303/
Here’s another little unreported and inconvenient fact from the Dallas outbreak: there are no direct flights from Monrovia to Texas, as far as I can tell. They connect through Miami (American), Atlanta (Delta) or Charlotte (US Air).
So Patient Zero may have exposed a number of people in a major U.S. airport. Funny, the CDC and the MSM didn’t mention that as they were trying to reassure everyone.
I think Barry Obama should make a personal appearance and visit with these folks.
DALLAS Health officials are closely monitoring a possible second Ebola patient who had close contact with the first patient to be diagnosed in the U.S., the director of Dallas County’s health department said Wednesday.
All who have been in close contact with the diagnosed patient are being monitored as a precaution, said Zachary Thompson, director of Dallas County Health and Human Services.
“Let me be real frank to the Dallas County residents: The fact that we have one confirmed case, there may be another case that is a close associate with this particular patient,” he said. “So this is real. There should be a concern, but it’s contained to the specific family members and close friends at this moment.”
