U.S. GUN RANGE BANS MUSLIMS: ‘My Business is a Muslim Free Zone’
Clash Daily ^ | September 29, 2014 | Jan Morgan

Posted on 09/29/2014 8:50:08 AM PDT by yoe

I officially declare my business, The Gun Cave Indoor Shooting Range, a MUSLIM FREE ZONE.

I have made this decision based on the following FACTS:

1) The Koran (which I have read and studied thoroughly and (which all muslims align themselves with), contains 109 verses commanding hate, murder and terror against all human beings who refuse to submit or convert to Islam. Don’t take my word for it, click on this blue link and read the verses, (HERE).

3) The barbaric act of beheading an innocent American in Oklahoma by a (muslim>, the Boston bombings, and the murder of 3000 innocent people on 9/11 are more than enough loss of life on my home soil at the hands of muslims to substantiate that muslims can and will follow the directives in their Koran and kill here at home.

“I wonder if a State could ban Islam....”

I might add, that their creed is inherently insurrectionist. A state has a right, a duty to protect itself against insurrection.

Thus, banning Islam is simply a minimum requirement in protecting your sovereignty as a state.

although it would be a different story if she ran a beheading range.

Would they offer both regular rate memberships and cut-rate memberships?

I never mentioned the Constitution in my OP

The leftists always go crazy over seperation of church and state

Why not when it comes to perverted porkophobes?

It’s like they have some kind of personal interest in advancing every possible kind of evil.

If you can have gun-free zones, why can’t you have muzzie-free zones.

Guns are less dangerous than muzzies — guns do not pull triggers, muzzies do.

My basic thought on this is we are supposed to be a constitutional republic.

Sharia law has no place in a consitutional republic.

It’s kind of like allowing select zones to secede.

In that case, they should be totally self sufficient and absolutely not entited to any protection from our government provided it is an American free zone.

They shouldn’t get to pick and choose

By allowing sharia law in some areas the state, IMO, is in fact sanctioning that particular “religion”(cult really)

Dammit it’s her business!

No shirt no shoes no service.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone!

“She owns the business...she can make any rules she wants to.”

Maybe in the 19th century, but nowadays she is going to run afoul of Federal law and get sued into oblivion.

She should simply post a sign announcing that she uses bacon fat as a surface treatment for all wood, laminate, stone or other surfaces in the range and lubricates the target mechanism with it. Then she should do it. She should also keep a couple of large dogs on premises.

A state could probably define what qualifies under a religion under its own state laws, but that would have no impact on what qualifies as a religion under federal laws.

It violates Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

She should also keep a couple of large dogs on premises.

That would be a bit cruel to the dogs. Shooting ranges are a bit loud.

I don’t know. She states that the ATF told her (when she received her FFL) that if she feels that a customer is a threat to the safety of her workplace, she can refuse service.
Sounds like a legal conflict there.

“She states that the ATF told her (when she received her FFL) that if she feels that a customer is a threat to the safety of her workplace, she can refuse service.”

There’s a huge difference between “a customer” (an individual), and an entire class of customers whose only common characteristic is their religion.
