Outgoing U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has ordered federal prosecutors not to seek the death penalty against three members of a Brooklyn drug crew charged with a killing in which the victim was tortured, the Daily News has learned. . . .
John, 31, is accused of killing six people, and Johnson, 30, with four. Both also are members of the Bloods gang, court papers say. Jones, 31, is accused of one killing. Their trial is to start Oct. 22.

Poor grammar reflects on the person who writes it, not the site nor Mr. Robinson. It does however reflect on a person who has to point out one instance in a paragraph where the difference is either plural or possessive in just one word. It makes it appear they have nothing better to do but to scan posts and correct mistakes people make in either spelling or grammar rather than saying something enlightening. And correcting a mistake someone makes is petty. This is not an English class or exam.

On his way out Eric Holder is kinda pardoning these demon murderers. He resigned and cannot do this now. He made this decision just before resigning
I thought his resignation was effective when the senate confirms his successor
1) Why is Mass. in the FR line for ‘topics’?
2) What permits a US AG to override State laws regarding the death penalty?
I believe that if Holder told TX they couldn’t pursue the death penalty on someone indicted for such a heinous crime, Perry and Abbott would tell him to pound sand.
