With the mid-term elections weeks away, many conservatives are confronting a difficult choice. Assuming there are no solid conservatives on the ballot, do we vote for establishment candidates? Or not vote at all?
The reasons why some conservatives are on the fence or planning not to vote are well known. (And Democrats are loving every minute of it!)
I share these frustrations.

We DON’T HAVE that amount of time. Think ahead. Illegal immigrant voters, dual-citizen voters who enter the US for ‘voter vacations’. If that’s what you want, let the rats win again. And when that happens, I will sit out EVERY election. Why bother at that point?
We are over cliff and in free fall. John Roberts drove the last nail in the coffin of the constitution. Both parties are more like organized crime families than patriotic associations. We have lawless government. Did you see Boston? Did you see ObamaCare? Have you been watching what the DHS does? Lois Lerner? Eric Holder?
We are ruled by elitists and they want to get us to the point where we can not oppose them either financially or with our time. The establishment Republicans simply think it is their turn to plunder the treasury. They will do nothing to control spending or curb the power Obama has gained for them to exploit when it is their turn.
You voted the right way when you voted for Romney.
But the lying rats stole the election by Lerner denying non tax status by conservative groups.
So it doesn’t make sense for you to give even MORE power to the same people!

And how many times have the GOP republicans blocked amnesty these last eight years? BEYOND COUNTING, despite all the crazy, loony pressure and lies about why Romney lost.

The GOPe will prove its secret support for Obamacare by refusing to reverse it and supporting its amendment.
Obamacare was needed to increase cash flow into medical insurance companies and hospitals because of all those Mitt Romney called “freeloaders” in the system. The solution of O-Care was to make everyone buy insurance, cancel old insurance and replace it with new more expensive insurance.
Romneycare was implemented when Mitt was governor in Massachusetts doing the same thing to insurance costs there.
Articles like this lead me to believe that the national GOP is starting to get very concerned about internal poll numbers in some of these key Senate races.
If you haven't heard, Harry Reid pulled the nuclear option (for confirmation votes). Cloture is irrelevant there.
In Obungo's last two years in office, what possible assurance is there that he won't pull the nuclear option for all Senate votes?
There is a Uniparty of D’s and R’s in Washington that does the bidding of the elites.
We need a Nigel Farage and UKIP in the United States to deal with the Republican Party once and for all.....
My conservative friends and I know what we are about. We may not agree 100% on every issue, but we are in sync on conservative values and we have a common message. With that said, please tell us the unified message of the Republican elite going into the midterm elections other than "vote for us because we are not Obama." I ask because six years into the Obama banana republic, I still have no idea what the republican elite stand for other than the status quo of lifetime tenure for inside-the-beltway representatives and senators and crony capitalism for the elite. We no longer hear about repealing Obamacare and even when we did, the republican elite never laid out an alternative plan beyond the red meat talking points. The republican elite haven't spoken about about fiscal integrity since Boehner and McConnell capitulated to Obama and Reid last year, and even when they they did, they have stuck to vague, meaningless talking points. Although the Republican elite are trying to shove amnesty down our throats in the name of immigration reform, I have no idea what their real plan is other than to make nice with Obama, Reid, and Pelosi. And what is the unitary idea from the republican elite for dealing with ISIS and the Muslim problem?
As imperfect as conservatives may be, I know where we stand and we do have a unified message on many of the important issues. I can't say the same about the republican elite.

Yeah, screwed up our primaries royally to this very day. That was why I had called for a more invisible movement some time ago — I knew something like that would happen.
People were Gung Ho about being Tea Party members, and I didn’t want to quash their enthusiasm. God bless them, but they made themselves targets.
We need to make ourselves more difficult to track. That’s the kind of creeps we are up against, and the GOP hates thuggery as well. I don’t think we’ll find a single member of the GOP who supports Lerner.
With all due respect, that's a lot of crap. What put BO in for a second term was the GOP's insistence on nominating a candidate (Mitt Romney) who was indistinguishable from Obama on most key issues for voters.
If you really think Mitt Romney, a GOP-controlled House and a GOP-controlled Senate would have done anything substantively different than what we've seen from the Obama administration on those issues (ObamaCare, for example), you're delusional.

When the Liberals ran Canada they passed a “gun registry” bill that ended up falling flat on its face when they tried to implement....Corruption eventually brought them down with crony deals for their campaign contributors exposed.
Not a dime’s worth of difference? Do you think we would be dealing with ISIS if the GOP had the senate and WH? Do you think Obstacles would have passed if the GOP had had the house?
Did we have repubs in the WH breaking the law to push gay marriage?
Which party pushed to extend the Bush tax cuts?
Because they say “me too” less often.

Think on it: except for stupid amnesty, several of the dumblecrat “successes” passed with NO republican votes. The porculii bills, zerocare and the like.
Do I like that they had bammy in the corner in 2012 and caved on the budget and on the gov. shutdown...do I despise that Mittens quit fighting in mid Oct and let zero win?
I absolutely do NOT...but to simply hand the dumbles the reins so that can finish dismantling this once great nation is something I will NOT abide.
Unless there is going to be a real physical fight, the only thing you can realistically do is vote. And waiting on the perfect next Reagan ain’t gonna matter one whit to the fascists and leftists...in fact they are praying you will do just that.
The more they can get our side to become angst ridden and stay home from voting while they flood the polls with their illegals and lackeys, the better it is for them.

1. Anyone who thinks a Republican-controlled Senate is ever going to block an Obama nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court has lost his mind.
2. Unlike the process for typical bills and confirmations of executive appointees (i.e., there is no provision in the Constitution for a Senate filibuster ... it is simply a procedural item that can be changed at any time), the Senate majority leader doesn't have the authority to change the rules for treaty ratification. Treaties must be ratified by two thirds of the Senate under Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution.

Of course they are. These articles are basically pleas to all of us. They wanted to screw us and then say, “hey, let’s all come together now.”
Boehner once told the conservatives in the House “you better get your asses in line!” This is the attitude. Well, a lot of us are saying FU! You wanted these candidates, now go get them elected with the democrats and moderates that you seem to love so much!
We don’t want “those people’ to have a seat at the table having any decision or policy making power. If one of “those people” dares to run in the primary we will spend tons of money,enlist the aid of the media,and even ask for help from our good friends the democrats to eliminate the extremist threat.Once our guy wins the primary he will run a “civil” campaign and if he happens to win he will be advised by the leadership on how to go along to get along.
We will of course tell “those people” that they need to open up their check books and come out and vote or they will have radicals on the Supreme Court.Remember how they stopped the Kagan and Sotomayor nominations? How about telling Obama that Holder was DOA? You don’t?
With the “right people” in charge we can keep things running smoothly in Washington and still get the votes and the money from “those people”. After all they’re just a bunch of Bible thumping hicks and rubes easily led and they’ll line up to get their pockets cleaned out every time the carnival comes to town!
