Sen. John Cornyn welcomed Attorney General Eric Holders planned resignation today, two years after calling for Holder to step down over a botched gun-trafficking sting.
Unfortunately the American people, myself included, lost confidence in the Attorney Generals ability to lead a long time ago because of his continued willingness to put politics before the law, Cornyn said.

The Senate RINO kabuki begins...
Is Cornyn really that stupid?
Shemp and the boys are having a real sobfest on FOX News right now about this great human bean resigning.
holder supported 0’s racist, black-separatist, redistributionist agenda. He is a disgrace. That explains why 0 will nominate him for the supreme court when the shriveled up old hag ginzberg resigns.
You’re about the third person I’ve heard say that—wonder if this was in the “plans”.
To paraphrase - the dims don’t take a dump without a plan.
No heavy lifting for the media with Holder, that's for sure.
You are correct. They have an ulterior motive for everything they do.
Didn’t Cornyn and his fellow RINOs confirm Holder?

...WASHINGTON, DC -- (Marketwired) -- 09/25/14 -- Judicial Watch announced today that on September 23, 2014, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that by October 22, the Department of Justice (DOJ) must submit a "Vaughn index" listing Fast and Furious materials Judicial Watch sought in its June 2012 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request and subsequent September 2012 FOIA lawsuit

Haven’t checked but if Cornyn voted no, Kay Bailey voted yes which means he either lost the coin toss with her or it was his turn to vote no and hers to vote yes.
We haven’t had two Conservative Senators in Texas for many a year. Fortunately we have at least one we can count on by electing Cruz.
For the record, Cornyn voted No on Holder’s confirmation along with 20 other Republicans: Barrasso (R-WY), Brownback (R-KS), Bunning (R-KY)
Burr (R-NC), Coburn (R-OK), Cochran (R-MS), Cornyn (R-TX), Crapo (R-ID), DeMint (R-SC), Ensign (R-NV), Enzi (R-WY), Hutchison (R-TX), Inhofe (R-OK), Johanns (R-NE), McConnell (R-KY), Risch (R-ID), Roberts (R-KS), Shelby (R-AL), Thune (R-SD), Vitter (R-LA), Wicker (R-MS).
19 Republicans voted for Holder’s confirmation and one Republican (Martinez) did not vote.
The final vote was 75-21-3 not voting.
Both KS Senators voted against Holder. No wonder the RATS here are trying so hard to steal a senate seat with a Trojan horse candidate.(Who’s a crooked big-bank millionaire, to boot)
