Obama is a smart-ass, leftist slacker. We’ve all met them…in college. Know-it-all yet knew nothing. Espoused leftist platitudes. Smoked a lot of pot. Did some cocaine. Listened to jazz and hip-hop. Was constantly visible in the student union and at parties. Certain girls (and boys) liked to sleep with them. We realized guys like this were good to avoid. We figured they would always remain inconsequential…forever. We were naive.
I suspect there are two reasons why Obama has completely lost interest in his job. The first one, which gets a lot of play especially in conservative circles, is that he realizes he's been in over his head for years.
The second one, which nobody seems to have pointed out, is that he got to the White House and realized that it's one of the most pointless leadership roles anywhere. He can't even wipe his @ss without having a lobbyist or member of his staff tell him how to do it.
Go back to 2008 and ask yourself how many concrete campaign promises he ever made. There were hardly any of them. Then note that he's hardly fulfilled any of them.
Who could've foreseen a vast Communist underground in this country surfacing to carry a guy like this to the White House on their shoulders?
You go too far,sir. Jazz and hip-hop have about as much in common as a five-star restaurant and McDonalds.
In fact, I discovered jazz in college in the late 60s and pursued its mastery as a life-long interest. All the leftist SDS-ers were into acid rock.
No one has ever been such a petulant, a-hole punk of a president like Obama. I sure hope the fence sitters are learning a lesson.
