ELO was always my favorite group, but only recently have I begun to take the time to once again enjoy their music. :) I was privileged to see their “Out of the Blue” concert in (I believe) ‘78.

~ 2014 National POW/MIA Recognition Day ~ 19 September 2014
Observances of National POW/MIA Recognition Day are held across the country on military installations, ships at sea, state capitols, schools and veterans' facilities. This observance is one of six days throughout the year that Congress has mandated the flying of the National League of Families' POW/MIA flag. The others are Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day and Veterans Day. The flag is to be flown at major military installations, national cemeteries, all post offices, VA medical facilities, the World War II Memorial, Korean War Veterans Memorial, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the official offices of the secretaries of state, defense and veterans affairs, the director of the selective service system and the White House.

Good Evening!
Here's a jazz tune:
It's For You
The cover of the album this is from shows a hand holding out a phone receiver.
This song was used in the wedding scene in the movie "Fandango."

They're keeping me hopping. And he's doing an excellent job, too! The Canteen Crew is really good about stepping up and filling in the holes.
I missed all of last night with the issues here at home. I think I have as many of the issues handled as I can. Tomorrow her old, old friend and doctor is making an exception to see her for the fall. I can't get her to a new doctor that accepts Medicare until Oct 30th.
I've got the medical alert pendant ordered, the house cleaners coming next week, and the home care folks coming early next week. Tonight has been working on just plain walking. She said she stayed put most of the day because she couldn't get her knees to work.
The last couple of days have been one hour at a time. My sister calls every 2 hours and I run home at lunchtime.

Prayers that things fall into place for her care. I’ll bet she’s sore from the fall!
You need some rest too. Do you have any vacation time you can take?
