Texas Police Pepare to Defend International Bridges from Militia Groups
Breitbart Texas ^ | 09/14/2014 | Bob Price

MISSION, Texas -- Authorities prepare to use “whatever force is necessary” to defend international bridges between Texas and Mexico from U.S. based militia groups. The preparations by Texas law enforcement agencies are in response to recently discovered plans by militia groups to attempt closing several international bridges. The militia groups' plans are intended to be protests against the federal government's failure to secure the border between the U.S. and Mexico. The plans call for militia groups to begin blocking traffic on an undisclosed number of international bridges in the Rio Grande Valley on Sept. 20th, 2014.

“We will not allow these groups to disrupt the economic commerce of our region and we are prepared to use force to keep the bridges open,” said one law enforcement officer who spoke with Breitbart Texas on the condition of anonymity. The officer explained that the bridges are not symbols of illegal immigration, but rather, they are vital parts of the local economy. “We cannot allow them to be shut down by lawless behavior from people who claim to be promoting the rule of law.”

Who calls them “militia?”

They should call themselves “Citizens United for Social Justice for (name the cause.”

carry signs and yell loudly. Bring along some fat, short-haired women to scream about government injustice and law-breaking.

You will then have the same look as a left-wing group - and the government won’t do a thing!

Clever. This protest has had the effect of putting more law enforcement on the border.

Shouldn’t the texas NATIONAL GUARD be securing the border by now? Isn’t that what the texas governor PROMISED? is he going to do it? or will he just CLAIM credit for SAYING he would do it, when he runs for president?

Well, turns out that the guy who was shot at is a convicted felon. WTF is he doing in a militia organization? Most of them do background checks. Wonder what happened there.

I think the above is a leftist roumor as there has been no press coverage on the felon aspect; something too delicious for the left wing press to let slide. Further, I think the roumor regarding closing the bridges is a hoax or false flag report by DOJ. It would be counter productive for a militia to execute such an event unless Occupy has become a "militia."

Perry should have called up the unorganized militia.

Um, not too unorganized I hope...

The militia could probably benefit from organizing itself with chapters and a central head with a screening process that deflects felons and individuals with a propensity towards unstability and a substantal number episodes of violence. A certification training for firearms proficiency and educational programs for defense strategies and military tactics wouldn’t hurt either.

And wouldn’t it be funny if we learned this militia group were really liberal actiists groups trying to tarnish the image of the real militias? Decoys, plants and renaming terms are regularly used by liberal ctivists now.

"Authorities prepare to use “whatever force is necessary” to defend international bridges between Texas and Mexico from U.S. based militia groups."

Our government is now prepared to kill American patriots for the 'crime' of defending our nation from invasion.
