CDC Issues Ebola Checklist: 'Now is the time to prepare'

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, warning hospitals and doctors that “now is the time to prepare,” has issued a six-page Ebola “checklist” to help healthcare workers quickly determine if patients are infected.

While the CDC does not believe that there are new cases of Ebola in the United States, the assumption in the checklist is that it is only a matter of time before the virus hits home.

Of course it is. Needs incubation time in the military - first to go "help out" the African continent to pick up the virus, and then to come back to the mainland for infecting their families, and then the remainder of the US population...

If even ONE case shows up in the USA, I will blame OBAMA and his ultra-liberal policy of letting anyone in the country.
These Ebola countries should be vigorously quarantined. Nobody should be allowed in or out. Anyone who escapes should be jailed for a period of time of twice the incubation period.

I see that the PC policy makers have already coined the next verbage to cover this. It’s now EVD (Ebola Virus Disease) not Ebola, now.
People run for the hills when they say Ebola, EVD, on the other hand, sounds like some exotic cold.

It’s like the word-smithing shift from Venereal Disease to STD.
