In response to an inquiry about unaccompanied minors from one of its school divisions, Virginia’s Department of Education issued a memo this month reminding its 132 divisions about their obligation to educate all children.
According to the memo, under federal and Virginia law, the state expects that many of the unaccompanied minors who enroll in public school will be considered “homeless.”
“In addition, division superintendents cannot exclude from school attendance those homeless children who do not provide the requisite health or immunization information required of other students,” the memo continued.

Classifying them as “homeless” rather than foreign nationals also opens up the treasure box to all sorts of welfare state bennies.

Obama has declared that he will illegally grant amnesty after the election. If they would just stand up and tell him “do it and you WILL be impeached - whether or not you are convicted by the Senate - you WILL be impeached immediately” Americans would rally to them. Falsifying official documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery, and govt officials signing off on false documents, and passing them off as legitimate.
Falsifying documents is an abuse of a public position and might be considered "aiding and abetting" since falsification is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing crimes against taxpayers, subsidizing gang activity, terrorism, etc........
Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾ School record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates
◾Applications for govt benefits.
Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document
A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.
Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility
Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.
The penalty for falsifying official documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.

Is there a Virginia “Master Plan” that might describe certain fraudulent accounting adjustments pursued as part of a sub rosa scheme; engaging in fraudulent conduct to mislead WRT tax revenue, expenses, or payments; perhaps structuring transactions as "loan repayments" to falsify revenue.
Is there leveraging of school tax dollars to secure bank loans for educating illegals? Perhaps classifying fraudulent withdrawals as revenue on official school accounting records?
School accountants, accounting firms and Legal entities could also be involved---every state has an agency to field complaints about accounting and legal malpractice ....as well as state banking and insurance complaint agencies.
Taxpayers need to find out which banks are facilitating this.

I*n other words, once again screw over US children who are citizens and endanger them by exposing them to any and all diseases they are importing from whatever countries they come from. Endangering the lives of OUR children should be considered criminal.
I don’t imagine this will sit well with the parents, teachers, and school personnel in general.
I would take a guess that over 75% of these people voted for hope and change. Now, they have it.
These children are not homeless, they are run-aways. The local sheriffs should return them to their families with all due speed as is required by law.
My blood boils too, but it’s hard to blame a kindergarten kid. Certainly this was not his or her idea.
Let’s put the blame where it squarely belongs, on the adult politicians who cooked up this scheme.
