"They include: Judy Kindell, a former senior adviser to Lerner; Justin Lowe, a tax law specialist for exempt organizations who worked with Kindell; IRS manager Ron Shoemaker, who helped oversee the tea party cases; and Julie Chen and Nancy Heagney, who are Cincinnati-based IRS agents working on the tea party cases."

Any prosecutor that couldn't make a prima facie case to indict, from the above information alone, is inept.

Or, of course, crooked.

All these connected people across organizational and geographic boundries...all those different servers, different back-up technologies, media and platforms...different valuts...lost their email and all back-ups for these folks, and only these connected folks leaving everyone else unaffected.

Subpeonea the Remedy Helpdesk tickets.

Imagine you are among the IRS employees publicly identified by Lois Lerner a couple years ago. She blamed you for her felony offenses.

What would you do? I’d like to think I’d immediately consult a lawyer. Wouldn’t it be prudent to retrieve, collate and save every correspondence you had with political higher ups in DC?

I suspect the Cincinnati people have every bit of documentation necessary to defend themselves.
