The only emails that are lost are THE ONES THE IRS AND OBOZO WANT LOST.
I really don't understand why they just don't have a presser and say something like "So we destroyed the incriminating evidence - so what? We need to get on with implementing policies to destroy our opponents and specifically the GOP."
They are "IN OUR FACE" about everything else, why keep covering up on the IRS scandal. For goodness sake the Congress surely isn't gong to do anything to stop his destruction of the USA. Boner has taken every tool off the table the US Constitution gave him to reign in this DICKTATOR - and he announced his actions to the entire world. What a gang of idiots - have to go along to get along.

I’d sure like to see the looks on their faces when they realize the American People intend, in a serious fashion, to hold them PERSONALLY responsible for their violations of law. Each and every person who participated, for each and every violation of law.

"Indict, convict, repeat."All have been told DOJ has their back.
I assume all these individuals live in one of the 57 states.
And I know of no reason they could not be charge with violations of state law committed in those states.
That's probably all we have between now and Jan, 2017.

Depersonalize the income tax by going to a flat tax, or a value added tax. The IRS will be a bygone nightmare. No more targeting of tea partyers. Less favors for the rich. And once incentivised to find a real job, Lois Lerner might even get back her self esteem.
To: Oldeconomybuyer; All
"They include: Judy Kindell, a former senior adviser to Lerner; Justin Lowe, a tax law specialist for exempt organizations who worked with Kindell; IRS manager Ron Shoemaker, who helped oversee the tea party cases; and Julie Chen and Nancy Heagney, who are Cincinnati-based IRS agents working on the tea party cases."
Any prosecutor that couldn't make a prima facie case to indict, from the above information alone, is inept.
Or, of course, crooked.
All these connected people across organizational and geographic boundries...all those different servers, different back-up technologies, media and platforms...different valuts...lost their email and all back-ups for these folks, and only these connected folks leaving everyone else unaffected.
Subpeonea the Remedy Helpdesk tickets.
Put all site and HQ email engineers on the witness stand before Congress.
Congress has that power, and the fact they do not exercise it shows you they intend to be complicit in your enslavement.

Someone should just start making up incriminating e-mails and claiming they are Lois Lerner’s. The odds that her attorneys could prove they were not hers couldn’t possibly be any greater than the odds that they could prove that the e-mails were legitimatly lost and not purposely destroyed.

Now this is getting down right in your face. Felonious incompetents. They're like a retarded, malevolent 700-pound troll that has decided it wants your stuff.
Their "customer service" line, after you wait 45 minutes to an hour to get an actual person, is a complete joke, and they apparently don't have any actual tax analysts on staff.
Or else the tax analysts are down in the boiler room, helping management burn the hard copies.

Fellow FairTaxers, what more evidence do we need that the IRS is thoroughly corrupt?
It is time for us to replace the income tax with the FairTax and abolish the IRS.
Spread the word! IRS is corrupt and corrupting! And, must be abolished!

The GOP is fully complicit in letting this happen. Yes. The malicious, felonious, incompetent IRS collects the squeeze that the GOPe likes to spend, also.
They'll pretend to be "hammering" this issue, but it's all a kabuki dance.
