The surest guarantee an IRS employee will have a hard drive crash or file loss for the past five years is to be subpoenaed by Congress today.

The media would be in a frenzy , and people like Holder would have been long gone

Commit the crime, destroy the evidence and then stand by as the Congress does nothing.

This is getting almost comical.
From the article:
The agency blamed computer crashes for the lost emails. In a statement, the IRS said it found no evidence that anyone deliberately destroyed evidence.
The IRS needs a new computer hardware vendor.
Besides, didn't Judicial Watch's suit force the IRS to admit that Lerner's emails were in a backup archive? Wouldn't that also apply to these five employees as well?

Randomly pinging the boss, and some names I’ve run across from the past.
Just for a sarcastic comment about this situation —
“All these ‘missing’ emails. And to think that Nixon would have been impeached over a mere 18 1/2 minute gap in a tape recording.”
NO cheers, unfortunately.
