WASHINGTON (AP) -- The IRS says it has lost emails from five more workers who are part of congressional investigations into the treatment of conservative groups that applied for tax exempt status.

He's sold out to give a 40th anniversary of "Watergate" speaking tour.
Funny thing, I saw a 1970 magazine cover in a documentary about Ralph Steadman (the artist) today. He'd illustrated an article by Hunter Thompson (their first together, on the Kentucky Derby).
The cover read "IMPEACH NIXON". This was established operating procedure LONG before Watergate surfaced during the 1972 election cycle.
OHHH those partisan Republicans, how can they think about going against a twice elected popular president?
Yeah, somebody needs to take that shot of the illegal immigrant taunting with the crotch grab and Photoshop Lois Lerner’s face on him. I’d do it myself, but don’t have the time.
Wow interesting. Thanks.
The thought that I just had after your constitution reference was to this possible conversation between Thomas Jefferson and John Hancock:
JH:
I have been reading through the preliminary texts of the proposed constitution that you have provided, Mr. Jefferson, and I see no mention whatsoever of the need for email retention.
TJ:
Oh blazes, was that left out of my final draft? I am sure future generations of American loyalists will understand the inherent need for redundant storage mechanisms and we should not need to worry about that at this stage of the republic...Say John, how about signing off on this for me...
I would put them all in jail and then “lose” the key.
I agree that ALL government poobahs like the power and control they have over our lives. After all, governments are organisms comprised of people who LIKE being in charge — “Public Service” be dammed! — and the first and most powerful instinct all organisms have is self-preservation.
What better way to exercise power and control than through the tax system. Governments have been doing that since before written history — it is what they do.
HST, the time has come for We the People to rise up and smite the poobahs, peacefully, at the ballot box — VOTEM OUT OF OFFICE!
If enough of us join together and VOTEM OUT OF OFFICE! we can change the culture in Washington, DC.
It will not be easy, but it has been done before: How do you think the LIEberals got control of the levers of power in OUR government?
So, we can do this! We can replace the income tax with the FairTax and abolish the IRS!

More than fair, I’d say!
The surest guarantee an IRS employee will have a hard drive crash or file loss for the past five years is to be subpoenaed by Congress today.
Did you write this?
For a apart let’s have a SWAT team enter every IRS data center and secure it for a group of professionals to seize every server, tape and drive as evidence.
just imagine if all these scandals and corruption happened under a Republican admin, .
The media would be in a frenzy , and people like Holder would have been long gone
I'd rather look at pictures of Helen Thomas..
“Isnt that convenient.”
I don’t think all this is going to compare to what, who
and how much is going to disappear when/if the Obama
ever gets impeached. The two reasons all the incriminating
evidence is being destroyed is one, it implicates the Obama
and congress has been neutered.
At this point they are just saying “**** you.”
I’m witcha Bro!
Commit the crime, destroy the evidence and then stand by as the Congress does nothing.
Well of course they will try it again and again!
Why not???
From the article:
Besides, didn't Judicial Watch's suit force the IRS to admit that Lerner's emails were in a backup archive? Wouldn't that also apply to these five employees as well?
Appreciate your support, Bro!
I have had a mail forwarding request for almost 10 weeks and they have forwarded a total of 7 pieces. The USPS is no better than the IRS. Each complaint goes to someone new who swears they can fix it and then nothing. One man said to call him the following Monday and when I did, he had retired! federal agencies are a joke. What rat-hole do you think they put all my mail down into?
