Check out #35:
(U.S. missionary with Ebola en route to Nebraska for treatment)
- and #36:
(The Ebola Crisis?; Why does the CDC own a patent on Ebola 'invention?'.)
You are obsessed with me, you even linked to one of my posts from another thread to here, about me mocking vitamin C as a cure, evidently that upset you.
You bet that I think that Franklin Graham’s missionary doctor and nurse, should have been brought home to be saved at the special built infectious disease center at Emory that was built to treat things like Sars and Ebola.
Now here you are, still hysterical, I guess you know that another doctor was taken to the special center in Nebraska, I don’t know if he is a Christian missionary, but you can start a thread against him as well.
Ebola is already here. They brought in two Americans to Atlanta, who were cured. They have another on the way to Nebraska. They have at least one who may have been exposed that is in self imposed quarantine.
Probably more that haven’t even been reported.
Nah, that’s legit in the world of statistics. I can tell you the probability of pulling two Kings as the next two cards out of a full deck of cards to as many decimal points as you want; you would see that it’s very directly related to 52, the number of cards in a deck, not a nice round number like 10 or 20.
You, on the other hand, celebrate every time we play Russian Roulette (the Ebola version) and get a *click*.
And you can't wait for America to try again, and again and yet again.
That's idiocy.
That's dangerous.
I don't object to you playing the game with your own life, but I do when you want to play it with the lives of millions of Americans.
That is a horrible thing to say, and I completely agree with it.
If there is an ebola outbreak in the US, it’s not going to come from a patient being shipped to a high-containment medical center. It’s going to come from someone on a plane or ship, or from some smuggled contaminated bush meat.
The “best care available” is where the missionaries went to, and it isn’t in Africa.
The Christian missionaries are cured and alive, and you are still repeating yourself, if you wanted to just keep repeating over and over that you don’t want Americans sick with Ebola to be allowed home, then why not keep repeating it on that old thread weeks ago, why drag this throughout FR, and as a personal grudge?
I get it, you want them kept in Africa, and I want our Ebola people whether medical, CDC, or military, to be able to return home and be treated and their lives saved.
No kidding, it won't be from a doctor being brought to one of our four top centers for Ebola and Sars, etc.
You are right, the problem will be when that it comes as a surprise.
I do believe you really will be surprised.
Yes, that is when Ebola will become a problem, when we get our surprise infection, our surprise patient or patients, our breakout, not when we bring home an Ebola doctor to be treated at our top Ebola center.
Do you understand that yet?
Hey, the South got the first two patients so it’s only fair that the North get one, too. The next will probably be sent to the West Coast. Soretoro is all about sharing, don’cha know. Besides, the more hospitals dealing with it the more likely one will have an oopsie and then everyone will get their chance at catching it.
By the way VanShuyten, null and void and I should have pinged you, since it was your post 48 that I was agreeing with, and that null and void was mocking.
The four special treatment centers are in Georgia, Montana, Nebraska, and Maryland.
There is Ebola kept in places like San Diego though.
People, even doctors, make mistakes. Do you understand that?
It’s already here! Who is this ‘expert’???! Hello! The illegal aliens swarming into every street in America are carriers for Obama’s viral war on America! I see more of them every damn day.
You practically need a high powered bleach spray to hit these walking biological weapons with.
Funny how we hear about suspected cases which are awaiting test results but the msm rarely tells the results.
I agree with post 48, if you don’t, then why don’t you ping him?
There are other concerns as well with Ebola :
#1 It is mutating faster than we can track it; as of Tuesday , there have already been 290 mutations as I recall.
#2 There are insufficient experienced medical personell to handle patients, much less statistical analysis to determine who else might have been exposed.
#3 Insuffieient medical supplies , so after sanitize , much of the equipment is being re-used.
#4 WHO has had budgetary problems and they don't have enough of their own personel - not 'lip-service' that they have so far recieved from world governments.
#5 Then there is the issue of false results of testing (due to mutation)resulting in false negative results .
#6 Then there is the issue of your local hospital handling 20-30 cases of Ebola at one time, maybe more. Well ? Could they ?
Due to economic and social pressures, airlines will continue to fly , and possibly transport and re-locate Ebola.
Restricting air travel is something that this administration doesn't want to do because it would bring down the International Financial House of Cards.
What we are dealing with here is a critter that is spreading, potentially world-wide
The only known effective means of Ebola control, so far , is : QUARANTINE !
And our Government and the CDC isn't even telling us how many, or where they are located;
that doesn't build up a lot of trust in an adminstration that is already known for being overwhelmed by it's own lies.
