COLUMBIA, S.C. - A 16-year-old from Anderson is suing the South Carolina DMV because DMV employees made him remove his makeup when he went to get his driver's license in March. "I identify as gender non-conforming, which basically just means that I don't fit the traditional gender role of male," Chase Culpepper says.
His mother Teresa filed the lawsuit on his behalf in federal court in Columbia Tuesday, with the help of the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund. She says she couldn't believe it when she took him to get his license and DMV employees told him he had to take off his makeup. "Very confusing, heart-breaking and heart-wrenching to see him degraded like that and attempts at humiliating him for wearing makeup," she says.
The suit says the DMV is guilty of sex discrimination, since DMV “employees have interpreted the policy to prohibit a male applicant from wearing regular everyday makeup that they allow female applicants to wear under the same policy.”
The suit also accuses the DMV of violating his constitutionally-protected freedom of expression.
The DMV wouldn't comment on a pending lawsuit. Its policy on photographs says a license applicant won't be photographed when it appears he or she is altering his or her appearance so that the photo would misrepresent his or her identity.

At his age I was in the military, you can read in the old west of families moving west and the hardships, and now we get flakes like this boy crying over that he is a boy , but wants to be a girl.
Well you are not a girl, your mother should have told you so and put you right, and get a grip of yourself.
It shows why boys need fathers.
No doubt there is no Father in the picture. Just a coddling mommy who has spoiled this brat into a gender identity mental disorder.
My sister-in-law, who I love dearly is L, and that’s fine. I know lots of G’s and that’s OK too, that’s just who they are. I can even live with B. But T is just a letter too far.

LOL! You wanna see freakin’ FREAKS then you should be in Reno now as some of the left overs from “Burning Man” linger on their way out of town. I have to wonder if they have a “real” life and if so, what the hell do they do? But my wife reminded me that most of them (who knows how) are probably more well off than most. There was even a report in the paper that parking for private jets was at a premium last week during the actual uh, “gathering”(?). Funny thing is that when the ones that fly out commercial must have their bags placed inside plastic bags because the of the dust the pack back in with them. A lot of them would probably be rejected by the SC DMV. :>}

I say almost because there must be some culture left that has not submitted to perversion, I just can’t think of one off the top of my head.
I work with a really sweet woman whose son has decided he wants to be a girl and is now dressing like one. He is 21 and his mother is heartbroken. And yes, he has an intact family - original mom and dad. This mother, though, seems thrilled that her boy thinks he’s a girl.

I don’t know if you believe in the Bible, but I do. The Bible says that the last days here will be like Sodom and Gomorrah. I think we think that wasn’t as heinous as it must have been, because we are there and going further than just men “knowing” men. We are far, far beyond that. It’s sad, even scary. And disgusting. Absolutely stomach turning.
I do believe the Bible and believe we are living in the last days. Jesus, come quickly!

I know I have stayed with the same woman for 21 years and stay with my kids and we are a close family.
