Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jetliners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa.
Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports.
“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”
The official said the aircraft are a serious counterterrorism concern because reports of terrorist control over the Libyan airliners come three weeks before the 13th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the second anniversary of the Libyan terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi. . .

Most European countries have very advanced military intercept capabilities. Not likely a jet liner would find itself over their airspace especially if their beacons and communications are off or disabled and the whole ded-gum world knows to look out for them.
Places in Africa are far less advanced and would be easier targets.

My thinking as well. No need to send a plane into Washington DC. Load ebola bodies and crash planes into a number of cities anywhere, most likely Europe. It's a diversion, as the mass confusion and fighting the illness will keep western governments busy and distracted while ISIS extends their tentacles around the world. They're not trying to make headlines, they're trying to cripple the world from stopping them.

I had a lovely story told to me yesterday by a friend of mine who works in the security industry. He said this ISIS are basically demons, there is no low they will not go. Not only do they kill anything and everything, they also do so in the most horrible way imaginable to bring the utmost emotional pain to people. He said forget flying planes into buildings, this is not Al-Qaeda, this is much worse. ISIS is the type of group that will surround a elementary school in the USA with machine guns and shoot and/or behead every last kid in it and they will not care one iota if they get killed while doing it, AND he said they are already in the USA. That’s the reality we are facing. And Obama wants to disarm the public? My ASS he will!
