Brown was shot in self defence by a police officer with a damaged eye, blurring vision, with Brown rushing him straight on for a 2nd assault.
Brown deserved what he got for assaulting a police officer and causing grievious bodily harm. I want to see the result of a complete toxicology report. That info. seems to have gone under the rug.
Gentle Giant? Brown was a gentle piece of shit, hoodwinking his parents at home and bullying his peers and the neighborhood. He was out of control. The police did exactly what they should have done with Brown.
No he didn't do that, he expressed regret and sympathy for Foley and his family.
Good try at marginalizing someone who is digging up facts quite well.
If the officer was truly only racially motivated in his shooting of an unarmed black teen, why didn’t he also shoot Johnson, the main witness who is also black? It seems to me one can’t argue that the officer is a deranged killer shooting one of the black victims but I guess kind enough to spare the other.
I read a while back that the authorities have said DJ won’t be charged with anything regarding the C-store issue, Brown did hand him a box of cigars but DJ put it back on the counter and took no further activity there.
I heard his lawyer say that.
That’s being seen more and more as the case.
Just a large turd that got flushed.
He helped himself to stogies at the Quckie Mart,
Excitable Boy they all said,
And roughed up the clerk as he made his depart,
Excitable Boy they all said!!
This is big!
Wilson’s lawyers should demand the release of the “Gentle Giant’s” juvie reords.
Whenever there’s a crisis
The President sends his home-boy in
Holder in St. Louis
Let the charges of racism begin
Yeeee-ahhhh
Dorian Johnson needs to be charged.
But can the people of MO understand that? Maybe we can “show them”, but I am skeptical.
Question for any legal types on this board. Would the info in Brown’s juvenile criminal history be available under discovery for the defense in criminal or civil court? I think it would as it goes to show the character of Brown.
A report this morning on CNN was unclear, but they made it sound like a judge ruled against the release of records already?

I see here that the judge has taken it under advisement

I hear he was in the church choir, visited homeless shelters, and delivered food baskets to senior shut-ins in his spare time.

Yes, and he mentored kids having a tough time in school, took out the trash and washed the dishes, too.
His beloved mama said she NEVER saw a hint of aggressiveness in the boy-—except once when Michael hit a high note in the church choir.

LOLOL!!!
And Trayvon’s grillework was because he was too poor to get good dental care.
And that wasn’t a gang sign he was making with his hand, that was Ameslan for “love”.
And that wasn’t a single-digit expletive gesture, he was in the middle of counting to two.
