Gay military service personnel may now serve openly, and now former top Pentagon officials believe that another group should be afforded the same treatment: transgendered Americans.
A report issued Tuesday by retired Maj. Gen. Gale S. Pollock, former acting surgeon general of the Army; Brig. Gen. Clara Adams-Ender, former chief of the U.S. Army Nurse Corps; and Brig. Gen. Thomas A. Kolditz, a Yale University professor and professor emeritus at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, opened the door for ending a de-facto dont ask, dont tell policy for transgendered individuals, the Washington Examiner reported.

“You’ve been reassigned...gender reassigned.”-John Kerry(reporting for doody)
Sure, go ahead and enlist them and train them. Then, when it comes time to
fight in combat, put them on point. Death is the ultimate equal oppurtunity employer. Anything less would make the military brass look like the bunch of hypocrites that they are.
Sex offenders already openly serve; they are called queers, lesbians, and queer child molestors. This is nothing new except to gas up the fire and humiliate the men serving in the military. The perverts are a separate, but more equal, subgroup.
Move on this as Top Priority
I was only following orders.........
So now they are pushing trans whatever people for the military.
I don’t know whats up with the mental state of trans whatever peoples. Accordingly, can’t we use common sense to say that a man who wants his blank surgically removed is not fit to serve given the stresses of the military? Can’t we say that the military is not like civilian life??? And so there is no.place for certain bizarre people in the military?
This is silly, they already had them serve in the Korean War on Mobile Hospital Units....
So much wrong, there. What is the deal with the face paint.
To Progressives the Armed Forces are just another social program only with uniforms and guns.
Unintended Consequence #1: Now no one can get a Section 8 if they want to leave the military....
Won’t this be discriminatory against people wanting to leave via the Section 8 exemption?
I’m soooooo glad I did my Navy service in the 70’s!
For enlistment, tattoos are not allowed in some branches. Just one year ago, you could enlist with tattoos not visible with uniform.
Enlisted personnel that receive a MIP are out regardless of clearance level. One year ago, only members with secret or top secret cleareance would be kicked out.
For young people wanting to earn a commission, I am hearing GPA's of at least 3.5 and ACT of 27.
So with all of this, how can someone who mutilates their body be allowed to serve?
Well, it was either that or do without retirement checks.
America is no longer a country, but a sick, degenerate freak-show.
I’m really, truly starting to feel zero connection, zero allegiance, with anything to do with this grotesque, vomit-inducing travesty of what this country has become.
"Thank you for making my job easier."
Not front line. The regular hormones needed by them while at the end of an “Lord alone knows” supply chain, the inevitable damage to the pelvis if they have had full surgery - no way.
Rear echelon - I don’t give a crap what’s between their legs, just what’s between their ears. Have a talented comms officer who suddenly decided to start wearing a skirt? I’ll salute and call her Ma’am.
Yes - I know it’s part of the homosexual agenda thing. I just dislike losing talent. Obama is working on that hard enough as it is - just look who’s getting pink slipped right now. Nearly all combat officers and non-coms. The retention rate is horrible among the grunts, at least, don’t know about the other services.
I hear you and don’t understand it either.
I guess the politically correct idiots really are taking over our government and a good part of society.
I can see 'boot camp'...
"This is my rifle, this is my...uh...uh...."
And who knew that Monty Python would turn out to be prophets?
