CROWDSOURCING REQUEST – Located within this inital media feed video of the Ferguson shooting various rumors and speculations can be dispelled:
1. The Reporter outlines how several (5 or 6) shots were fired after the arrival of the media. Hence the initial problem for the Police securing, and processing, the crime scene. This was part of the delay in morgue body recovery.
2. Clearly you can see Officer Darren Wilson’s POLICE SUV being removed by flatbed tow truck as it was evidence in the shooting.
3. Almost every “eye witness”, as well as Dorian’s mom, can be seen (albeit quickly) in a group discussion prior to giving the visible Detective statements.
4. However, perhaps more importantly, is the visibility of Mike Brown accomplice Dorian Johnson. Until now – his immediate location was unknown.

Dorian Johnson who, as witnessed, (@2:01) can be seen to have removed his T-Shirt -worn in the Ferguson Liquor Strong-arm Robbery- and standing in discussion with another male who is wearing a ball cap. Dorian’s T-Shirt slung over his left shoulder as he watches the scene from a safe distance.

You can compare his appearance as an unknown observer to the CCTV video from the Ferguson Liquor Mart (the giveaway -beside the shorts and shirt- is the shoes and anklet)

The reason this becomes important is because it shows “WHERE” Dorian was in relationship to the scene. It shows the general direction he went when the shooting began. That physical location can then be used to assess his initial statements.
Secondly, WHO is he talking to when he is thought to be an unknown bystander to the events? That person may have information critical to substantiate, or refute any claim(s).
Does the person he is talking to become more visible in later video footage ?
What we want to do is assemble a construct of the various video feeds in relation to the overall scene and location of the key players. We can then position the video feeds in relationship to the overhead map for reference. (click to enlarge)

The value is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

The account from Darren Wilson as relayed by his friend “Josie” is almost identical to that unguarded testimonial. The friend describes the event -as told to her by Wilson- as follows:
He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.
And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.
Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.” (link)

Finding Dorian Johnson in the raw video feed of the scene is important because his physical location can be contrast against not only his statements, but also against the other witnesses and accounts.

It looks more and more like a fair trial will aquitt Wilson. Can he get a fair trial? Probably at the state level but the federal government will move mountains to convict him of something. Eric Holder, “a black man” will ensure that happens.
Wilson’s lawyer better quickly move for a change of venue if the grand jury returns charges.
This will all come out during the inevitable trial.
That depends on what the judge allows to be presented.
And if Police Officer Wilson was killed in this event we would be talking about toe nail fungus.
Why do you assume Wilson will even GO to trial?
Based on the facts as we know them so far, Wilson did nothing wrong. I fully expect the Grand Jury to No Bill him.
Only if there are more lies and racist tactics by Obama, Holder, Sharpton et al would there be any pressure to bring anything to trial.

Thats what they threatened with George Zimmerman and failed if memory serves.
Having a trial for such an open-and-shut case is itself an act of injustice.
The process is the punishment.
Remember: there was no evidence that Zimmerman did not shoot Trayvon in self-defense - but he was forced to the jeopardy of a trial anyway.
Wilson is in much the same boat.

Wilson will go to trial. If the locals can’t find a crime, Holder will and any jury at a federal trial will be subject to some pretty heavy background pressures and some will probably have reason to be concerned about their families.
No. They tried that with Traygone. But try as they might to bring Zimmerman up on federal charges, they had nothing.
Nada. Zip. Zero.
And this case (Ferguson) is even more open and shut. St. Swisher was far more guilty than St. Skittles and Officer Darren Wilson is far more innocent that George.
