A country without borders isn't a country. It's a tract of land whose inhabitants will eventually either be ruled by the invaders or the victims of a ethnic cleansing... or perhaps both.
But, I guess that's OK as long as one political party gets the votes and political control and the other party gets plenty of money from their financial supporters to pay them off handsomely. Just as long as the Game goes on.
