The left, the race batters, and this administration want a particular narrative about Ferguson, and they have a willing and abetting media to help make it happen and maintain it.
Simply put...that's why this incident is lasting so long in the media.
This Ferguson narrative of a white cop deliberately executing an unarmed black teenager who was just walking down the street continues their race touble propaganda, distracts from the much more serious issues of the day, and they hope will give them political cover for the fall election.
This Ferguson narrative also has no basis whatsoever in the truth.
Eyewitness accounts make plain that:
1) Michael Brown profaned a police officer who at first simply asked him get out of the middle of the street.
2) Micael Brown refused to follow a lawful police instruction to get out of the middle of the street.
3) Michael Brown assaulted the police officer when he returned to question Brown, striking him several times in the face, attempting to the get the officer's weapon in the process.
4) Michael Brown ran from the police car after assaulting the officer.
5) Michael Brown turned around and taunted the police officer when that officer gave chase and told him to stop.
6) Michael Brown then charged the police officer.
7) Michael Brown was killed by gunfire from the police officer as he charged that officer, Darren Wilon.
The police incident report agrees with this sequence of events.
Conversation from two bystanders discussing what happened on a YouTube video agrees with this sequence of events.
Other eyewitnesses agree with this sequence f events.
The medical report on the officer indicates he was severely beaten about the face and head...beaten almost unconscious...and sustained a fractured orbital bone to his left eye.
I believe that forensics and ballistics will prove this sequence of events.
Michael Brown was a large, very powerfully built and strong young man who was also a violent criminal and thug. He had strong-arm robbed a store minutes before this confrontation.
This officer, Darren Wilson, was heroic in his actions.
After significant injury to himself, and at moral peril to himself, he confronted a violent criminal and attempted to do his duty and apprehend the criminal. He then had to defend his life against the criminal and shoot him.
God bless you officer Wilson, and God keep and keep you.

I was under the presumption it was one, a significant eye-socket breaking one at that, but one blow. Was there, or is there now, evidence of multiple blows?
I hope and pray that should the Holderdork succeed in screwing that cop, that we crackers give that POS the revolt he should properly fear.
This also keeps illegal immigration off the front page, as well as the multiple investigations of unlawful activity by the IRS, Justice Dept.,Interior Dept, EPA, and the White House.
It is providing cover for a failed administration.

An excellent response. One thing:
3) Michael Brown assaulted the police officer when he returned to question Brown, striking him several times in the face crushing the officer's left eye socket impairing his vision, then attempting to the get the officer's weapon in the process. I think it's highly important to state the severity of the officer's injuries that were caused by MB prior to the officer shooting MB.
It demonstrates the peril that Officer Wilson's life was truly in.

Just looking at the pic of Catfish-Eyes Jackson, it’s pretty easy to see that it would be impossible for St. Michael to get the gunshot holes in his arms where they are if they were were held up in a surrender position
That is pretty much the same series of events that I have gathered from reading sources which don’t seem to be lying.
I did get the impression that the first physical contact was when the “unarmed infant shoved the cop inside the car then went for his gun. The cop was somehow able to fire and caused enough injury for the poor child to retreat. Then Baby Huey in a rage turned and charged sort of like an enraged Grizzly. That is when the cop fired the last few shots, hitting the unarmed future PHD candidate in the head.
We should, but we won't. Rioting is not the white way. Whites revolt by forwarding emails, complaining online, and by voting...usually voting in some politician who's as bad as the last guy. If we didn't riot after OJ Simpson, after Channon and Christian, after Zimmerman purposely being called "white," and lots and lots of other things, we're never going to riot.
It is what they do. I saw it first hand in 1970. They remain anonymous.
The rats are already showing their hand on how they will deal with the officer’s injuries. On a news channel I was surfing thru I noticed they were playing video of the officer right after the shooting and claiming “see he is standing there calmly talking to others and no hand over his eye - he doesn’t even look injured etc”. So some idiots may deny his injury was caused by brown.
Some people don’t understand that an injured person that just killed someone might be able to ignore their injury and appear calm.
