We have heard (from a VERY connected national media source) that Ferguson officer Darren Wilson will be cleared in the shooting of Michael Brown. The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary. When this news is made official, we all have reason to be concerned about the reaction.
I will watch Megyn when it’s rerun at 12 and find out who the guy is. I was a bit surprised to hear what he said as well.

Actually, in some localities he faces murder charges. Accessories to a robbery in which even one of the robbers is killed are sometimes charged with murder.

If I recall correctly this is the only county in MO with an appointed chief of police and not a constitutional sheriff.

Whether or not this is true, if I were Darren Wilson I would flee not just Missouri, but the USA. There is NO WAY he will get a fair hearing on this, as this is OJ/Trayvon Martin all over again. Media frenzy, and bigoted (against our legal system) “protesters.”
Maybe New Zealand or Australia...or perhaps somewhere in South America. I’d drive to the Mexican border, cross over and catch a plane out of Mexico city (as our Feds here may try to stop him (even unarrested/unindicted as yet)at an international airport here) bribing the right people if necessary.
It is sad that the USA under Mr. Obama has come to this, but in matters where race is involved—justice for a Caucasian is highly unlikely.
Officer Wilson’s life—and that of his whole family—is very much at risk—and I really don’t expect justice for him in this, even if he were “set free,” and not indicted or tried, as there are now thousands who want him dead. Thousands more would know his face, and want to kill him too—if/when this goes to trial—regardless whether he was eventually declared not-guilty or not.
Officer Wilson’s life in the USA is ruined.
Well I came across this on Viper’s website and put it up for FYI only. Not looking to start any trouble just wanted you ‘all to be aware and help vet this as it was also listed on the radio station’s website (Meant to post that link instead but did so now). No, we don’t know that. Gateway Pundit says that, but they lied yesterday in a post Drudge linked to, then de-linked (that was about a non-existent “storming” of the Governor’s office. It never happened. They were turned away at the main entrance).
I would take the Drudge/Gateway Pundit story with a grain of salt for now.
