The Gateway Pundit can now confirm from two local St. Louis sources that police Officer Darren Wilson suffered facial fractures during his confrontation with deceased 18 year-old Michael Brown. Officer Wilson clearly feared for his life during the incident that led to the shooting death of Brown. This was after Michael Brown and his accomplice Dorian Johnson robbed a local Ferguson convenience store.
Local St. Louis sources said Wilson suffered an orbital blowout fracture to the eye socket. This comes from a source within the District Attorneys office and confirmed by the St. Louis County Police.

Thanks for the picture and the reminder anyway.
If not evidence markers for casing, what would all these possibilities be?
Without other corroborating evidence, Movement. Did he chase first then shoot? Was he backing as he shot? Did he begin at car moving forward as he shot.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
Please answer the above question, what are all these possibilities for the cones next to the body, if not markers for casings?
Kinda hard to get your face fractured when you stop a kid for jaywalking and then execute him in the street. How weird...
My guess is he was having double vision and or blurred vision, possibly issues moving his eye left, right, etc. from the orbital fracture when he was shooting, thus not hitting center mass. As MB got closer, he finally got in a kill shot to the head.
One thing is for sure, you absolutely positively do NOT want another blow to the face/eye when you already have an orbital fracture. If the trauma is severe enough, the eyeball can literally fall out of the socket and on to the cheek. An orbital fracture is not something to mess with.
It’s difficult to be consistant with a story when you are lying.
Anybody post a thread about Brown being on bath salts?

By the way, the distance the casings were from the body will depict the distance Wilson was from the suspect when he fired. No?
If the North Hollywood Shootout is to the up-arming/up-arming/up-militarizing our police force, then I guarantee you that THIS incident will cause just about every public servant to think about either investing in their own GoPro camera (or equivalent body cam) on their own dime, or city/county/state attorney's will demand that their LEOs wear them.
My opininion? I want all cops to be issued a firearm, a radio, a dashcam with microphone, and a body cam.
Cameras are getting smaller and cheaper. I say the more LEOs wear them, the better. Just make sure that no one can muck with them after an incident.
They’re just doing the job that the larger civilized society is no longer allowed to do (taking out violent thugs-I wonder how we get rid of the last ones standing, not that that prospect is in the near future, more are bred on the taxpayer dime than are ever taken out).
You assume the police had all the facts at their fingertips. They did not.
It looks to me like they double and triple checked their facts before releasing the. To blame the police for the actions of the media is uncalled for. They have no control over what the media is doing. I would commend the police for making sure they stood on solid ground rather than react. To assume that if they had blasted unsubstantiated facts over the airwaves would have stopped the rioting is totally naïve. The rioters and racebaiters were going to do what they did whether the officer was in the right or in the wrong!
I hope they riot for the world to see what kind of useless thugs they are.

One more thing, most all the witnesses stated the initial struggle started at the police vehicle, and then moved away from the vehicle.
No?
Why waste your first shot shooting at the legs? Doesn’t make any sense.
No , choice of words is what I said. Anything else will indict you.
...I see that now you’ve included a legal element to your point, and that changes the context...
...from a purely semantic standpoint, to imply that firing lethal ammunition at someone devoid of the intent to wound or kill is oxymoronic...admitting in a court of law that you did so is another matter entirely...
I never had any doubt. Nothing else made sense.
I hope this cop isn't ruined from all this...
Is this going to be on the evening Spin News and how will the spin the damage control???
I disagree. Whover went rogue and released the video of Brown involved in robber and assault did so before the narrative was set in stone. And now, with this information released without any bogus formal conclusions from the autopsy leave no doubt. The race baiters and idiots in the street who follow them can believe their fairy tale. But it's not going to be believed by civilized people.
It might be a good thing if white police officers refused to get in harms way in black neighborhoods. Let the local loudmouths maintain order when there's a crime problem.
I have a cam in my car and at best it captures 35% of incidents. Great if your in front of car as in traffic stops. I always try to stay on cam but to get others to is like herding cats. The cam is not 360 degree.
