The truly interesting part here is what she says she saw when Wilson first pulled up alongside Brown and Dorian Johnson. Johnson has claimed that Wilson grabbed Brown from inside the vehicle — specifically, he says, he grabbed Brown’s neck, which would seem hard to do to a man who’s 6’4″ from a sitting position.

I had my wife come over and stand next to me. From a sitting position, I can't reach her neck, and she's a foot shorter than Brown. Even granted the cop car has Wilson being higher, it's still not going to work.

The only way it works is if Brown is bending down. And why would a cop reach for a suspect's neck, leaving both of the suspects hands free?

The only scenario that makes sense is if Brown was lunging INTO the vehicle, to grab the cop's gun, and Wilson was struggling to shove him OUT.

As a matter of law, IF the cop shot and killed Brown as he was walking/running away, the cop would be guilty of some sort of a criminal homicide.

If that was the case, the cop is very lucky he missed.
