Attorney General Eric Holder will brief President Obama Monday on possible actions the federal government can take in Ferguson, Mo., after another night of clashes prompted Gov. Jay Nixon (D-Mo.) to call in the National Guard.
"The president has asked the attorney general to come in tomorrow to brief him on the state of the investigation on the ground, said senior presidential adviser Valerie Jarrett in an interview with American Urban Radio Monday.
Jarrett said Holder would also discuss any further actions that the federal government could play to help reduce the violence down to zero and make sure the public understands completely the scope of the investigation and what's going on on the ground. The president and Holder are scheduled to meet at 1:15 p.m. in the Oval Office, following the worst night yet in the St. Louis suburb.

NOT that the Constitution means anything to BO and Eric the Red, but aren’t these two clowns LEGALLY barred from doing anything UNLESS the state asks them to intervene?
Much like Bush was not legally able to send in relief after Katrina unless that idiot governor Blanco requested it....you know, to respect the sovereign status of the state.
Oh, I heard the answer to this yesterday in Sharptons speech.....(paraphrasing). The ONLY issue is that he was unarmed

The media is onboard with that. “Unarmed Teenager” is now Michael Brown’s royal rank.
Eric , Val, and Al are the running the riots in Ferguson while for the President. They think they can get political capital out of this tragedy. It is Government sponsored crime..
My bad Since he goes on vacation so seldom, I’m just not used to him being absent and unable to lead and unify.
Raciss’s #1 and #2, Soetoro and Get Whitey Holder can go ESAD.
Test case...I agree. If the administration’s foreign policy is applied, the radicals will be armed against the local government and trained by specialists.
Much obliged. It’s hard not to see skullduggery everywhere with that bunch.
He should make an executive order. That’ll do it.
