The shot to the top of the head is troubling. Not inculpatory by itself but curious.
Why?
If he was charging forward like a bull a shot to the head could well hit him there.
he was falling forward....shoot until the threat is stopped
If his head is down charging at the officer ...?
I can imagine the kid charging and the cop shooting him in the arm and him not stopping or backing up so he used a lethal shot.
Well it sure establishes some of the witnesses had personal motives..
How could they see someone getting shot in the back while running away, if no shot was heard at the time they were running away?
The man fell forward toward the cop.
No its not. He was falling forward at that point. Last shot was the well to do; night, night for the thug as the officer worked his way up the body during the brown’s “charge”.
Two to the head wouldn’t be unusual for a double tap head shot. One hit and he started going down second one finished the job.
Well, could it have entered the top of his head as he was falling forward from the other shots?
Why is it troubling? Seems it was necessary to drop him. Seems it worked.
Not really. Finally falling forward from the prior shots would account for it. All while still charging forward.
Last shot hit as he was falling forward............................
Not if it was the final shot, because I’m sure getting shot, even if just in the arm a few times would cause most people to bend over a little in pain or bend forward in protective manner exposing the top portion of their head. OR, he was indeed charging with his head bent down a little as the officer’s friend described.
None of those shots look as if he was on his knees surrendering. How would you shoot someone on top of their head unless their head was tilted forward to you in some manner?
“The shot to the top of the head is troubling.”
You must not have ever played football.
“Not inculpatory by itself but curious.”
If you are running away, and know you are being shot at, wouldn’t you hit the deck and cover your head with your hands?
