EXCLUSIVE: Friend of OFFICER DARREN WILSON Speaks Out on Shooting of Mike Brown (AUDIO)
Gateway Pundit ^ | August 15, 2014 | Jim Hoft

“Josie,” a friend of Ferguson Officer Darren Wilson, called into The Dana Loesch Radio Show today. Josie gave Officer Wilson’s side of the story.

Michael Brown lies on the street in Ferguson after he was shot dead last weekend.

Here’s the transcript:

“He pulled up ahead of them. And then he got a call-in that there was a strong-arm robbery. And, they gave a description. And, he’s looking at them and they got something in their hands and it looks like it could be what, you know those cigars or whatever. So he goes in reverse back to them. Tries to get out of his car. They slam his door shut violently. I think he said Michael did. And, then he opened the car again. He tried to get out. He stands up.

And then Michael just bum-rushes him and shoves him back into his car. Punches him in the face and them Darren grabs for his gun. Michael grabbed for the gun. At one point he got the gun entirely turned against his hip. And he shoves it away. And the gun goes off.

Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren’s first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, “Freeze!” Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him… And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something.”

You can watch the video at Dana Radio.

Dana says the caller was vetted.

More… Earlier this week the police said the toxicology report will take four weeks to complete.

They need to get the story straight.

The Chief of Police came on today on national media and said the Officer did NOT hear the call about the robbery and had no idea Brown was a suspect.

That’s not how long it takes to do most toxicology tests. A few minutes maybe...

Isn’t the police chief brand new?

No, the new Chief will be black.

Here’s Brown’s rap ‘music’:

How new? In the video, he looks like the one who was there a few days ago.

You might want to learn a little bit before you comment...

“Why does toxicology testing take so long?

There are several reasons why forensic toxicology testing may take several weeks to complete. Some of these include 1) the range of toxicologic specimens, 2) the complexity of general unknown testing for the many illicit and therapeutic drugs as well as other toxic chemical agents, 3) the importance of the forensic approach to confirmation testing by alternate methods on all initial positive drug findings, 4) the challenge and interpretive value of quantification of drugs, 5) the exchange of information between the toxicologist and the forensic pathologist during the investigation, and 6) the extensive record keeping that is needed for forensic defensibility of the toxicology studies underlying a final report. In addition, some tests may be beyond the scope of expertise in the initial laboratory and specimens will be referred to more specialized laboratories that can only perform those specific tests. Forensic testing requires a “chain of custody” so that for each step, from collection of the specimen to the final report, there is documentation of where the specimen was and who handled it.

Toxicology reports are issued after a death investigation which would include information on any medications the deceased may have been taking or any drugs the deceased may have had access to. Death investigations take some time to gather all the information from the various individuals working on the case or who were involved with the deceased. Under certain circumstances, new information may become available and the toxicologist may have to test for an additional drug, or test another sample before the report is finalized. Toxicology testing requires cooperative work among many professionals making communication and quality paramount.”

Just geez. Halfway feeling sorry for him at how bad that stuff was, halfway thinking he got just what he was asking for. Thanks for the link. Enlightening, in a bad way.

“They need to get the story straight.

He didn’t stop them because of the robbery, but he likely realized they were the suspects during his interaction with them. He certainly heard the two radio calls and knew there had been a robbery, and heard the descriptions.

I eagerly await the tox screening. I don’t think Crump and Sharpton will be very happy with the results.

Then he’s a moron.

That officer had no idea about robbery’ was headline across the country.

Isn’t that a basic fact you’d want to know PRIOR to appearing before international media?

No, he probably just speaks carefully.

The officer was not dispatched regarding the robbery, and did not stop the two because of the robbery.

He could certainly have realized that the two matched the description after he saw them and saw the cigars they were carrying.

I don’t think the chief said the officer didn’t hear the call.

Spoke carefully?

He said the officer was NOT aware of the robbery. Flat out. He was asked and that was his answer and that was the headline on CNN, Huff Po (it still is), etc.

That directly contradicts the police report that says the officer heard about the strong arm robbery on the radio prior to or contemporaneously with encountering Brown.

The Chief said today Brown was stopped only because he was walking in the street.

Was his radio inoperative during the two calls about the robbery in progress?

The Chief said today Brown was stopped only because he was walking in the street.

And that was not the truth. Brown was really stopped for WAB (walking while black)...or so say many. That is crap, of course, but they have convinced themselves it is true.

the chief clearly says “I don’t know” when asked if the officer was aware of the robbery calls.

I watched the press conference live.

The press asked several times if the officer knew about the robbery and the Chief rather surprisingly said, “No.”

He could have said, “I don’t know.”

But he said, “No.”

And that was the headline from the conference for many news outlets.
