A convoy of Russian trucks carrying aid for eastern Ukraine has been opened up to journalists at the border.
The Ukrainian government had insisted that inspectors checked the trucks' cargo, amid fears that they could be carrying military supplies for the rebels - an accusation Russia has rejected.
The BBC's Steve Rosenberg noted that many of the trucks were "almost empty".

More Russian lies. Troop transports.
I think the tactic was to just get the trucks close....blast a few....pretending it was the Ukrainians. If they already checked the trucks and there is nothing in them...it’ll be hard to tell this story on RT with a straight face. RT probably has video lined up with a dozen interviews to explain how the attack took place and the damage caused.
There are some rumors that the trucks are sent to evacuate the remainder of Russian mercenaries. They should have sent freezer trucks instead, for their remains - in a few days it all will be over.
I guess someone told them there was an urgent need for more trucks in Ukraine. The trucks are the humanitarian aid. No one mentioned that they should be carrying something inside the trucks too.
If they were AID trucks, shouldn’t we be expecting food or medicine in the trucks? Why are they EMPTY? And if so, what the heck are they doing there?
The trucks are bait.
I don’t suppose anyone has considered that they may have delivered their cargo before being caught and inspected.
20 boxes of Buckwheat(the only food of Russian military) in one truck ,that proves there were soldiers in the truck .
That was my guess also
Aid convoy Soviet style.
Nothing on the shelves in her stores, nothing in her aid trucks.
My how things don’t change.
When was the last time you heard of aid recipients only taking part of a delivery?
The cargo was troops and they off-loaded before reaching the border, the troops will walk across.
Its a domestic dispute. More dangerous to outsiders than anything.

The first sentence of the excerpt above reads: A convoy of Russian trucks carrying aid for eastern Ukraine has been opened up to journalists at the border.
So you think the aid was dropped off while the aid convoy was still in Russia? Or perhaps you neglected to read that final prepositional phrase?
Russia shipping Air , not Fresh Air ,just Air
Yep
LOL
They had to leave space to transport Strelkov’s ego back to Moscow.
