Retired Marine Cpl. Robert Richards, a combat veteran who was badly wounded in Afghanistan and later appeared in a controversial video urinating on dead Taliban insurgents, was found dead Wednesday night in his home in North Carolina. He was 28.
The death was confirmed Thursday morning by Guy Womack, a lawyer who represented Richards in his long legal battle with the Marine Corps after the video was published anonymously on YouTube in January 2012 and erupted into an international scandal. Womack said the death does not appear to have been a suicide, and the cause will not be known until an autopsy and toxicology tests are completed.

Rest in peace, Marine.
#14, would you trust any of those guys in the photo to help you defend a position under enemy attack??? Riiiiight!
The Yellow & Black and White & Black signs are those of the Stalinist “Workers World Party” fronts, (ANSWER - Act Now to Stop War and End Racism), and PSL (a WWP split off faction led by Gloria La Riva and Brian Becker, Party of Socialism and Liberation).
They know how to dominate a protest scene by flooding it with their signs.
They are vicious Marxist psychopaths. In fact, they were able to recruit former Att. Gen. Ramsay Clark to create a front for them, IAC, International Action Center.
From what I have learned, Clark (the Hanoi traveller and Iran traveller) may have been seduced by one of his law firm’s paralegals, Gavrielle Gemma, a WWP leader. Otherwise, there were very few links of him and the WWP directly, though he supported their earlier fronts including PAM - People’s Anti-War Mobilization.
Such a wonder traitor. His father, also an Att. Gen. under Eisenhower, was a great patriot who went after the Communist traitors. Looks like Ramsay, the traitor, went out to screw the reds, physically.
Interesting what you learn when you are a journalist covering these red rats. And you should hear what was said about some other well known leftist authors/political leaders and feminists. For another day.
So I did a comparison at the Gathering of Eagles in 2007 as described below in a post I wrote around that time:
I have been to a fair number of demonstrations, and have noticed the stark difference in the way participants on both sides express themselves through both in-demonstration behavior, and the signs carried to express their point of view.
I took the time to document it a couple of years ago as shown below. I took two pictures, one showing a large gathering of liberals, and one showing a large gathering of conservatives.
Here is an example of what the liberal protesters carry when they want to make a point. This analysis was from the Antiwar protesters at The Gathering of Eagles on March 17, 2007. What you see in this picture is absolutely, 100% TYPICAL.
Here is an example of what the conservative protesters carry when THEY want to make a point. This analysis was from the Taxpayer March on Washington on 9/12/2009. What you see in this picture is absolutely, 100% TYPICAL.
Conservatives not only show wit and originality in the content of the materials they use to express themselves, but also spend time making them both readable and legible. They take pride in their handiwork, and they can do this because they have a deeper understanding of the issue at hand.
Liberals often have mass printed signs that lack originality and wit in an attempt to ensure everyone has a sign (created by someone else) that says something that the "someone else" want them to express. When you see liberals carrying their own handmade signs, they often look like this, poorly lettered and shallow in content:
I have seen this contrast over and over again. What I have concluded from this is that while liberals may have some form of conviction about a subject, it is because they want to believe something they have been told without thinking it through. Most of them have an "understanding" of an issue that is a foot wide and a fraction of an inch deep. They will doggedly stay within that framework regardless of facts and logic, and their expression of that viewpoint in their signs and banners illustrates a lack of depth, understanding and originality.
I totally agree on each and every.
This is what’s bad about everyone having cameras. They prevent soldiers from doing what they have to do to win.
Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping!
To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
Godspeed Marine, and thank you.
Dear Lord, rest this man’s eternal soul.
How very sad. Prayers for his family as they cope with their loss.
we’ve had many of our snipers, retired or otherwise, killed in the last 2 years

Bout time to start picking up that Crusader shield again.
Yep, that’s why I’ve had it for a couple of years.
Lepanto, et al.
That’s a buckler.
The first one is better... it has a Crusader’s Templar Cross on it, and it drives two types of subversives nuts - Liberals, and the muzzies they love.
Active Duty ping.
