Tiffany Mitchell, a woman who says she witnessed a police officer shoot and kill Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, shared her story during an appearance on CNN with her attorney Wednesday night.
Mitchell said she was driving when she saw Brown trying to pull away from an officer as the two were "tussling through a window."
She said she had hoped to get a video because the incident "just didn't look right," but failed to get her camera out in time.
"I didn't know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn't look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, but I didn't get a video because a shot was fired through the window, so I tried to get out of the way," Mitchell said.
Mitchell then described what she saw happen between Brown and the police officer.
"As I pull onto the side, the kid, he finally gets away, he starts running. As he runs the police get out of his vehicle and he follows behind him, shooting," Mitchell said.
"And the kid's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turns around and puts his hands up like this, and the cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground and his face just smacks the concrete."
Mitchell clarified she heard a shot after she saw Brown trying to pull away from the cop, and said even after Brown turned to face the cop and put his hands in the air, "the cop continued to come up on him and shoot him until he fell down to the ground."
She said she counted "more than about five or six shots."

Thnx
Hadn’t heard of St Ann but, many people have never heard of Skiatook, Oklahoma. ..
Looks like some dingbat who would ride a lawnmower, while taking shots to the head, from friends firing bottle rockets.
LOL
That was too damned funny!
OK....statistically speaking...the cop was most likelyright handed...placing his service weapon on his right side....far enough away that it couldn’t be grabbed from outside the vehicle.....so the cop HAD to have drawn his own weapon first...
The problem here is that the Chiefs started off putting out the officer’s story as if it was true from the start without getting any fingerprint evidence or DNA or other corroborating evidence.
The first thing out of the Chief’s mouth was that there was a 1] struggle for the gun 2] in the front seat 3] and the gun went off but didn’t hit anybody.
I think the Chief now knows that his officer lied to him and made him lie to the public.
It’s been five days. The thin blue line would be leaking like a sieve to cover their companion’s butt if they had anything. Nothing skimmed from social media either.
They’ve been in major CYA mode from the first minute. It doesn’t look good.
So I guess you have never given a statement to the police.
The facts of the case aren’t even out there yet. Why is this woman on TV? And why does she need a lawyer? I’m sure she was paid for her appearance, so to me, she’s nothing but an attention whore. Talk about prejudicing a case. This cop will never be able to get a fair trial. Like George Zimmerman, the media has already decided the case. If he’s guilty, then it should be up to a jury of his peers, not the media.
It has disappeared as if it never happened.
So police statements are given under oath?
Obviously the trial is already over for you and Brown deserved to die......
“Let me make it clear ; the cop is in the wrong here. If it happened as the witness stated and he stopped and put his hands in the air THEN the cop fired his weapon he should be in jail doing time.”
What, what?
“Let me make it clear ; the cop is in the wrong here.”
Okay. . .but then you say: “IF it happened as the witness stated. . .”
“If?”
According to what I have seen, the officer had "swelling" on the side of his face. That's about all the details.
Doesn't necessarily prove he was beaten by MB, however. It could be that the door to his own vehicle hit him on the left side of his face as he tried to exit it, when the door either bounced off or was pushed back by MB.
That makes sense, but if right-handed he’d also probably need that arm and maybe both to try to drag a guy that big through the window. I’m still not buying that the deceased was pulled in the window by the Cop. I think he leaned in to “talk” whatever that “talk” may have consisted of. His weapon may have been drawn when the deceased leaned into the window and the reaction of the decease may have been at that point to try to grab it away or push it away so he wouldn’t be shot.
> Funny...I live in one of those neighborhoods....but then again...I park my motorcycle on my front sidewalk....clean my guns on my front porch...and the punks around here call me sir cuz they all know I carry a hand cannon.....I look them right in the eye and smile with body language that says get off my lawn.....
Smile...be polite...have a plan to kill everyone you encounter...
So shall i call you Clint?...: )
Do you fall for the Nigerian banking scam emails too?
Youre at least the second chump Ive read pushing this record and saying it looks official. Im curious if there is anything that I can cut, edit to suit my agenda and paste into an FR screen that you will not believe.
Perhaps I need to post your criminal record.
“Witnesses say otherwise”
Hmmmm. . .
“I didn’t know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn’t look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, “
Apparently not all witnesses agree.
I’m certainly not calling this guy innocent.
However, stopping someone for walking in the street ending in a shooting where only the police are armed certainly raises questions. I don’t care if this guy JUST got released from prison as a violent criminal, the Constitution and the law still apply. “He was a bad person” is not a hunting license.
The police are taking their time with the evidence. The locals are rioting. Everyone seems to have lost their collective minds.
I would like to see three third-party (not police and not state employed) forensic examinations of all evidence.
Until then, this police officer was charged with KEEPING THE PEACE. He failed to do so. As a citizen, he is innocent until proven guilty. As an employee of the people, I would think it would take a great deal of exonerating evidence to show he is fit to keep the peace.
Yes, and Quannell X the rabble-rouser, the NAACP, the MSM and the Attorney must feel proud.
You seem to believe that some woman's supposed eyewitness account is evidence because it was in a police statement. If that's so, then why do we even need a trial? Hang the cop now!
She gave her statement to the police and they probably cleared her to give interviews if she wanted.
The police are giving facts of the case daily to the press as they come out —
The autopsy has been completed and the preliminary results are now public — death by multiple gunshots and the body located 35 feet from the cruiser.
