Tiffany Mitchell, a woman who says she witnessed a police officer shoot and kill Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, shared her story during an appearance on CNN with her attorney Wednesday night.
Mitchell said she was driving when she saw Brown trying to pull away from an officer as the two were "tussling through a window."
She said she had hoped to get a video because the incident "just didn't look right," but failed to get her camera out in time.
"I didn't know exactly what was going on, but I knew it didn't look right for someone to be wrestling with the police through the police window, but I didn't get a video because a shot was fired through the window, so I tried to get out of the way," Mitchell said.
Mitchell then described what she saw happen between Brown and the police officer.
"As I pull onto the side, the kid, he finally gets away, he starts running. As he runs the police get out of his vehicle and he follows behind him, shooting," Mitchell said.
"And the kid's body jerked as if he was hit from behind, and he turns around and puts his hands up like this, and the cop continued to fire until he just dropped down to the ground and his face just smacks the concrete."
Mitchell clarified she heard a shot after she saw Brown trying to pull away from the cop, and said even after Brown turned to face the cop and put his hands in the air, "the cop continued to come up on him and shoot him until he fell down to the ground."
She said she counted "more than about five or six shots."

Right now, it looks to me like the cop is going to prison
Similarly,if this guy had anything resembling a history of violence it would make me much more receptive to any police claim of "justified shooting".
If these kids wouldn’t be out doing things they shouln’t or going into the bad parts of town or elements late at night this type of stuff would never have happened in the first place.
The records would not include any juvenile (I presume) if he had any. This still looks bad and with the Press agenda and people wanting their 15 minutes of fame, IMHO witness statements might be iffy. The reaction of the criminal/race baiting element pushing their agendas is overtaking this shooting.
for later
Did the cop use a tractor beam to pull him in?
I bet they also all swear the shooter was Tony Stewart.
Just to set the record straight:
Michael Brown had no criminal background
ST. LOUIS COUNTY An 18-year-old shot and killed near a Ferguson apartment complex Saturday afternoon had no criminal record, according to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorneys office....
St. Louis County Prosecutors office confirmed that Brown had no prior misdemeanors or felonies against him.
On one of the early Ferguson threads here, someone posted a pending court case for a violent crime involving a Michael Brown of the same age.
What was he doing that he shouldn’t have been doing???
The police have already stated that brown had no record.
That could just mean he hadn’t been caught doing anything illegal at that point. It would seem to me that he was in the process of getting his first mark on his record by running from and fighting against the officer. (assault against a peace officer and resisting arrest)
Another thread even started with a rap sheet, as well as repeated later. However what was shown all seemed to involve one robbery on 11/2/13. Plus sealed juvie.
I've cut and pasted a post from a thread from last Tuesday regarding his history.I can't vouch for the accuracy of this info but it looks pretty official to me.If,by chance, this info is accurate I can only say...I'm way, way,*way* older than 18 and in my entire life I've never been charged with a single *misdemeanor*,let alone four *felonies*

Let’s see how the forensic evidence compares to this story. The cop’s weapon will be examined and if it is short 5 or 6 rounds in the magazine, it would corroborate. If only 1 or 2 rounds are spent, it would impugn the credibility of this witness. Same if investigators recover the spent casings.
The point being, this officer’s actions should be judged based on a cool analysis of the facts — many of which aren’t even known at this time — and not either a knee-jerk defense or the faux outrage ginned up by the Victim Industrial Complex.
Being in the wrong place at the wrong time
These shootings are like Woodstock. Everyone you talk to was there and witnessed the event.
Let me make it clear ; the cop is in the wrong here. If it happened as the witness stated and he stopped and put his hands in the air THEN the cop fired his weapon he should be in jail doing time.
Same could be said about you too —
