Surveillance or combat drones. They’ve been itching to field test them against Americans on the ground. However, if the rioters refuse to riot again, this will become an exercise in futility.
So I wonder what might be done to stimulate more rioting, so that the feds can play with their new toys?
As background, such “combat simulations” are the meat and potatoes of military and police planning, so they are always interested in actual data.
so is this being issued to keep the press from flying news choppers in the area and displaying aerial shots of rioters on the news (right after they display video of ISIS)?
