How is this even remotely possible when 75% of the U.S. are still “pale whiteys”?

I have seven white children, but most whites have one or two.

Every time I have another kid, I get [in effect] a pay cut. Every time somebody on welfare has another kid, they get a [real] pay raise.

You get what you pay for. And we've been paying for single mother unsocialized minority children for fifty years.

You figure it out.

We have been taking in over a million LEGAL PERMANENT IMMIGRANTS A YEAR since 1990. 87% of the legal immigrants are minorities as classified by the USG. Almost all of the illegal immigrants are minorities with estimates ranging from 12 to 20 million.

We have just had three of the four highest decades of immigration in history. And the birthrates for minorities and immigrants are higher than for non-Hispanic whites. Immigration has driven 80% of our population growth since 1970. Since 2000 our population has grown by 36 million.

It used to be that being poor meant you lived with what you had and the gov’t wasn’t going to contribute to your bad behavior. My how the times have changed!

Not only do we reward bad social behavior, but we penalize good behavior and those who contribute the most to society (like you sir!). Your 7 children will be quite a legacy.
