Sorry, but guess that you don't have a walk around concrete porch, driveway, nice wood railings, etc. and while you are trying to keep your property maintained the neighbors chickens/fowl come chase grasshoppers and find the shade irresistible. So, they poop every few feet and you have to clean off with Clorox and reach the wood railing poop before it dries or it stains until you paint again. They also will scratch a car and a turkey chased by a dog actually did $400 damage when it slammed into our neighbors truck. I do not mind neighbors having animals, just don't want them in my house or yard...thank you very much!!

Poultry can be seriously messy, but there were only four hens and they seemed to have roamed the neighborhood (one of the neighbors said they passed through her property all the time and left no sign, and she wondered why Braley was the only one who seemed to find droppings!). It’s not clear to me that they ever asked their neighbor to keep her chickens penned up before they filed a complaint, and their point seems to be that this place, known as Holiday Lake, is a place for the vacationing wealthy only, folks like them, in other words, and not for permanent rural residents.
How Democrat of them!

the point is would you make an official complaint or ask the neighbor in a mature manner to keep the chickens in their own yard?
