As near as I can tell, McConnell is a vote for Harry Reid. When has he ever stood up to him?
But that isn't the main point. The main point is that McConnell has vowed to defeat the Tea Party (The only organization in the nation which is actually proposing to shrink the government) and he has put his money where his mouth is. He has provided funding to pay for those racist attack ads which very well may have cost us the Mississippi Senate seat. This is what Mitch McConnell paid for in Mississippi.
As far as i'm concerned, Grimes (The Democrat) is an Enemy, but McConnell is a traitor. I would far rather have an Enemy in front of me than a traitor behind my back.
McConnell has to go, or he will continue attempting to stab the Tea Party in the back. If it costs us another vote for Harry Reid, it is cheaper than the alternative of having people like McConnell undermining our efforts in other elections.
Excellent point.
I agree with the post far above: Republicans taking the Senate will not change anything. The only difference will be, it will be Democrats, instead of Republicans, in the Senate who block everything. No bills will make it to Obama to have to veto.
If they had the balls to actually Impeach the bastard? Then it would be important. But, they don't... so, what difference will it make? We'll just lose the Senate again in 2016, when all the Tea Party wave senators have to run against the national GIVE-ME-MORE party tide.
