A Kansas foster father who mistakenly left a 10-month-old baby girl to die in his hot car has been charged with first-degree murder. Seth Jackson's lawyer said that the felony charge was far too strict for his client, who only remembered the baby was inside the car two hours later when something on TV jogged his memory.
'Rather high for a mistake,' attorney John Stang told NBC of the murder charge, which carries a life sentence with a minimum of 20 years in prison.
'I'm not trying to say it's not a horrible loss. The death of a child is an awful thing. But this person is looking at 15 more years than someone who was driving drunk and ran into a car and killed someone.'

It doesn’t matter if they’re dressed in Gucci suits and Oxfords or pink-and-orange matching short sets that reveal their manly moobs, two men together are weirdos & do not make parents. But social workers don’t care.
Heck too many women don’t care as they’re all-too willing to be surrogates or let these creeps adopt their babies. Didn’t you know gay men make the most adorable, loving couples? Blech. I can’t abide fag-hags, they’re the ones to blame for all this pro-homo agenda. I don’t understand those women; don’t they know what gay men really think about them? Gay men make women look like innocent baby kittens when it comes to cattiness.
On the other topic, maybe it’s because I get antsy when I’m around huge groups of people, but when I’m on a train or subway, I am ultra aware of when I have to get off. I’m standing at least five minutes before my stop. However on highways I have missed numerous exits, turned around and only to miss them again (and sometimes again). :)
Basher! Homosexuals are just so filled with love, and raise happier children that straights. It's been documented, don't ya know? Anyway, how were the social workers to know anything like this would happen? It's not as if homosexuals have higher rates of abuse, infidelity, drug abuse... oh.
Seriously, these poor kids have already been through so much. I hope and pray they can all be put together with a true family who will care for them.

I will say that as someone in theater, the fag hag thing is a bit passé these days. Gay men have essentially closed out all women - straight, gay and totally confused. I remember when Camille Paglia posited this years ago and said that the exclusion of straight women from gay men’s lives helped along the AIDs crisis because there were no women around to tell them to clean up their act. Now that they have gay “marriage” and can adopt children, why bother with icky women at all? Gay life is now exclusively male, in my opinion. And gay men never liked lesbians because of the very obvious fact that they are unattractive and deeply boring.
I will disagree with the fashion. Those two queens scream trouble with their clothes. Disorganized and sloppy-looking should have sent a signal to even the stupidest, most politically-correct social worker.
Perhaps among adults, but unfortunately not in highschools. I homeschooled my daughter for most of her life (except for a couple of years in Catholic school). But as she's an A student and wants to attend an upper-level university, public school was the best and most affordable option. Here, the boys are rather split on their opinions of homosexuality (in all forms) with most of them eschewing it, mocking it, or remaining neutral.
The girls, however, just love their gay besties! Everyone has to have one, they're, like, the best fashion accessory. My daughter has learned early the art of political manipulation and when it is prudent to keep one's mouth shut. It's unfortunate, but that's what it is.
That’s not exactly a fag hag. These girls are simply friends with gay men. A fag hag is something completely different.
To me a fag hag is a not just a girl who has gay friends. She is a girl who thinks guys having sex together is hot and prefers all her male friends to be gay (and, if not, encourages them to be so). She is a girl who may have female friends, but it’s only gay men who truly understand her. She is a strident advocate of the homo-culture and does everything she can do make the world more “homo-friendly” and is quite in-your-face about it. She adores surrounding herself with good-looking, well-dressed men who party, all the while secretly hoping she will be the one and only woman who can “convert” him.
This was my experience with fag-hags in college, but words change so frequently it may mean a totally different thing today.
Fag hags are usually grotesque women who are adored and worshipped by gay men - not the other way around. Here are some examples: Judy in her last years, once the queen of fag hags, now forgotten, Liza, the daughter, Kay Thompson (yikes!), Elaine Stritch (yikes!), Bette Davis, Joan Crawford, Patti Lupone, Lea DeLaria (yikes!), the Charles Busch collaborator, Julie Halston, and many, many more. I’m sure there is a whole new set of them out there but I always find them so repulsive I try to avoid even seeing a photograph of them...

I’ve spent over 35 years in NY theater and we all know what a fag hag is. Just because Elaine Stritch preferred to hang out with gay men doesn’t define her as a fag hag. It’s what gay men see in her: the grotesque exaggeration of what a woman is. The fag hag is then flattered by the attention and a friendship naturally forms.
My real problem with fag hags - Kay Thompson! - is that they are unbearably obnoxious, in-your-face (and frequently untalented) chicks.
Here’s an example of a non fag hag who should have been a fag hag but was never a fag hag: the great Ethel Merman. Had all the qualities but never caught on in the community. It may be because she was so militantly heterosexual and didn’t like gay men or was just so unbelievably bad-tempered, who knows.
Ah, Lady Gaga types and the like. Women who gay men flock to, not the sad, pathetic ones who flock to them. Got it. Thanks!
BS. The only remedy is concerned parents who care about their children. As an adult, your only real responsibility is that child you brought into the world. If you cannot live up to that responsibility you should be gelded.

My theatre connections and others used the term for older hetro women who spent a lot of time with homosexual men.
Really? First of all, as my husband just said she was the very definition of a fag hag. The original fag hag of the 20th Century, my friend.
One of my least favorite memories and funniest is the first gay pride march back in the 70s or early 80s, which was really a rally, held under my apartment window in which the gay men played a recording of “Over the Rainbow” so many times that it is now engraved on my entrails. I can still remember them weeping over it and occasionally screaming “JUDY!”
