I'll confess am not flying our flag as often as I should. Going to have to mend my own ways and fly our flag more often.

For my whole life, I loved the American flag, and always felt proud and lucky whenever I saw it fly.

Now, it just breaks my heart to see it. It feels like total mockery and I feel like turning away.

I understand ... am still proud of that flag though and that flag doesn’t hurt me as much as those that hate that flag do.
