We had a new Director of Engineering who was an Annapolis grad and Navy Seal.
The first executive meeting he locked the door 10 seconds after the scheduled start and docked a days pay for everyone who was scheduled for the meeting and wasn’t inside the room.
Amazing how punctuality improved after that.
