Simple to decipher tactic. Attempt to endear white women and some white men to her by giving props to Bush, while losing basically no support from the left since they will crawl over broken glass to vote for her if for no other reason than to keep the freebies flowing.

There’s no love between the Clinton Crime Family and the Chicago Mob. The Mob took her down in 08 and likely will in 16.
My last horrible thought about this, expressed a few weeks ago on FR, was that Hillary and Bloomberg would team up to run as a third-party ticket.
Now I'm concerned that it will be HRC and Jeb.
