An odd mix off Lebanese and Italian, stuffed grape leaves full of rice lamb and sumac simmering in Italian Marinara.
All the traditional Italian stuff, Meatsa balls and snausages.

Remember Romans were all over the world, but Rome was sacked by the Visigoths, the coliseum was pillaged by the goths, it was covered in white marble held on with Iron rods, They stole the iron to make swords.
The Marble is how what makes up the Venetian Palace. Rome was just wrecked. Libya remained relatively unscathed until Obama went in there.
