She wore, blue spandex
Blue as the stretch marks on her thighs,
woah, woah, woah...
An animated satire of Eddie Cantor.
Not my favorite song, but when I was a kid we used to have fun letting the player piano play it and sing along: Tan Shoes with Pink Shoe laces, a polka dot vest and man o man and a big panama with a purple hat band. Brings back memories. :)
The titles “She wore a yellow ribbon” and “Golden Slippers” seem to ring a bell of some of the other piano roll titles.
Itsy bitsy yellow polka dot bikini, Devil in a blue dress, let’s dance put on your red shoes and dance the blues, oh yes and Lorrie Morgan’s Something in Red and other colors as the song journeys along.
