Killing people is a brutal and messy business and if Americans can't deal with that, they shouldn't be condemning people to death, a top federal judge says. In a strongly worded dissent in an Arizona lethal-injection case, Alex Kozinski, chief judge of the Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, calls the current system "inherently flawed" and says states that want to execute inmates should return to more "primitiveand foolproofmethods" of execution, NBC reports. "The guillotine is probably best but seems inconsistent with our national ethos. And the electric chair, hanging and the gas chamber are each subject to occasional mishaps," he writes. "The firing squad strikes me as the most promising. Eight or ten large-caliber rifle bullets fired at close range can inflict massive damage, causing instant death every time.

Personally I’d opt for the old west method, Hanging, in front of the jail, where other of that ilk are housed, so they can see what they face. Good example how to deter bad behavior and eliminate pond scum. And it is reusable.
It doesnt even need to be as expensive as that. 6 rifles, 22 caliber, all fired simultaneously into the heart would do the trick very well, at a cost of less than 50 cents for the shells. The rifles could be used time after time.
Instead he now walks free after 6 long hard fought parole hearings. And I pack heat because of it. LOUSY plea deals are as bad as not carrying out Justice that 2 juries have handed down in the Nikki Read case.

Victims are constantly re-victimized. Just turning on the nightly news triggers the flashbacks. It effects what you watch in movies or TV shows. NO crime shows are allowed in my house.
It controls our emotions when birthdays, Christmas, and death dates happens.
I’ve coined a term for it, since I live it. SEASONAL GRIEF DISORDER!
My friends and family know when those dates happen they have a different crying mom who can’t be comforted on their hands.
And all those MSM sticking their mics in your face, makes it worse! Because you are going to have those flashbacks.
I am so sorry. I can’t believe that murderous cretin walks among us. There are no words.
Imagine if the word got out across the land,
that EIGHT 45-70’s are looking at the criminal,
with, of course, the little history that the round
was good to put down a warring brave’s
steed.
I was thinking of something with Yoko Ono singing,...but I think this will do quite nicely.
I am so sorry.
Actually they’d be more humane than some of the botched injections I’ve read about.
The”botched” injections are painless.
Thank you, it’s been 25 yrs this past April 11, and I still hurt. There are just some things you never get over, even when you put them in God’s hands. They are stubborn and won’t go away. Jeremy is only 1 reason why I fight for justice for Nikki, she is the child of a good friend. Who held my hand when I went through HELL. And I held hers just a year later. She has had 1 nervous breakdown, and on the verge of another 1.
CAN all of you PLEASE if you love your kids make that phone call on Nikki’s behalf. Maybe one of the 2 will have real justice. I’ve known Nikki’s mom for a long time, my kids played with hers. She was RAPED and MURDERED just a year after my Jeremy was beat to death with a 4 x 4 two foot section of wood. 16 blows, so a sociopath could have the jollies of seeing what it felt like to kill another person.
BTW Nikki was still barely alive when keen threw her body in the river, river water was found in her lungs.
Make sure you use copper bullets,, they pollute less.
I see red when these jag offs plead for the life of a monster.
And bill the estate of the deceased for the price of the bullets....Ammunition is expensive these days.
That would work. I would also suggest endless playings of: Starland Vocal Band - Afternoon Delight.
Chicago is a good example where liberals don’t consider death by gunshots to be cruel and unusual. Otherwise they would be demanding that the perpetrators be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. (Or what passes for law in Illinois)
>>Im all for hosting executions at the stadium.
My complaint is that the electric chair is a single seater...I think we need to wire up the bleachers and eliminate the backlog (since waiting 20-30 years is now, cruel and unusual).<<
Will there be film that we can buy? ROTFLMAO
I am horrified when I see it/read it/hear it. The victims are lost in the “nobility” of the murderer.
I’ve posted before and I’ll post it again, that times change, people don’t. The same people urging mercy for killers are the same people who cried for the release of Barabbas.
