WORLEY, Idaho A Native American tribe has canceled an Aug. 4 concert by Ted Nugent at its casino.
The Coeur d'Alene Tribe on Monday said that the cancellation of the concert at the casino in the northwest Idaho city of Worley was because of the rocker's "racist and hate-filled remarks."

I have a “Nuge Java” cap when he had a recent association with a coffee company.
“Whatever. They will soon be overrun by Aztec-Spainairds anyway.”
Ok. THAT made me laugh. *SMIRK* :)
It's not the nature of the evidence, it's the seriousness of the charge.
He’s gonna be playing the Emerald Queen Casino soon...and that’s run by the Puyallup tribe.
I don’t see anything on a cancellation from them.
I’m of Cherokee blood. Don’t bother to go to the reservations in TN. FULL libtard when you visit the place. Talked to one guy who discredited my heritage. He can go (supposed “leader” about my family story....to h3ll. He truly was an @sshole. Unfortunately, for him, got the papers to prove it.
Yeah, I’d like to hear a recording of their tribal meeting where they laugh about all the money they’re making from pale face on their slot machines.

Oops.
"Estimates made in the 1850s suggest that Indians harvested about 450,000 animals a year, and some think the figure was far higher than that. After stripping the best meat and some useful parts, the Indians left the remainder to rot. The stench permeated the prairie for miles, and many a pioneer came across acres of bones from buffalo killed by the Indians before they moved on. Isenberg, for one, doubts whether Indian slaughter alone would have made the buffalo extinct, but when combined with natural factors-wolf predation, fire, and drought-the Indians annual harvest probably exceeded the ability of the herds to maintain themselves. More important, as Isenberg points out, "Even had they recognized a decline, the inherent instability of the nomadic societies made it difficult always to enforce the mandates against waste."3 Equally important, many Indian religions held that nature provided an inexhaustible supply, and thus it was impossible to "overhunt." Put another way, without private property rights, the bison were already doomed before the white man arrived...western ranchers such as Charles Goodnight, who captured buffalo calves in 1878, determined that there might be great value in private bison herds. As a result, "many of the bison that eventually populated government preserves descended from the herd of two Montana ranchers" http://www.fee.org/the_freeman/detail/buffaloed-the-myth-and-reality-of-bison-in-america/
Thanks for the assist.
He said "I take it as a badge of honor that such unclean vermin are upset by me and my positive energy", and By all indicators, I dont think they actually qualify as people, but there has always been a lunatic fringe of hateful, rotten, dishonest people that hate happy, successful people.
In the interview he said these things in, it certainly sounds like he's referring to the Couer D'Alene Tribe...the people that cancelled the show.
My question is: "Did he just call Native Americans 'unclean vermin' and say they don't qualify as human?
If that's what he did....Ted just lost a fan.
According to this piece, the source, it appears he used those words to describe his critics:
Ted Nugent, who performs Saturday at the Leach Amphitheater in Oshkosh, has a few words for critics calling for Waterfest organizers to cancel his show.
“I take it as a badge of honor that such unclean vermin are upset by me and my positive energy,” Nugent said in a recent interview with Gannett Wisconsin Media. “Put your heart and soul into everything you do and nobody can stop you. Sometimes you give the world the best you got and you get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you got anyway.”
The outspoken rocker took some time to respond to a few questions via email while on the SHUTUP & JAM! tour. He said he’s always had critics.
“By all indicators, I don’t think they actually qualify as people, but there has always been a lunatic fringe of hateful, rotten, dishonest people that hate happy, successful people,” Nugent said.
