...by a stray bullet fired into her home..."Stray" doesn't fit the definition - if the shooter was firing in a different direction and had a group going, then this might be a "stray" bullet - I guess it's the easier and kinder way to treat minority gangbangers - blame it on the bullet going "astray".

For all the idiotic things Bloomberg did in NYC, at least he understands what crime does to a city, but using "stop and frisk" as a legitimate crime prevention tool...he literally saved hundreds of lives from being gunned down in the big apple...
Rahm if he even cared an micrometer about the blacks in Chicago would vigorously enforce a similar type policy...
But he's more concerned about his political ass then the lives of mostly innocent blacks killed in the crossfire of gangland wars...
But, he's got to keep his plantation voters scared and dependent on their masters...
