This statement is pure nonsense!!! The state department only needs to release the number of Americans on board the ill fated aircraft. They need not release any personal information about them!!! As for dual citizenship, those folks are legally, fully authorized and certified citizens of multiple countries!!! So much for “Obama’s state department!!!
