I know it’s early in the process of data gathering. But Putin/Russia controls the mercenaries in E Ukraine. If these guys did in fact shoot down the airliner...Putin is complicit.
IMO...this may well lead to Putin’s eventual downfall. These old KGB trained Russians don’t want to let go of power and Putin succumbed to an aggressive overreach when he invaded Ukraine.
Here’s hoping Putin goes quietly into the night w/ his young mistress and retires. Heaven knows he’s managed to pillage enough $$ from the Russian people.
Cue the Putin lovers/apologists. For the life of me I cannot understand the love many on this forum have for this ex KGB Soviet Communist thug. This airliner was brought down by an SA-17. The SA-17 is deployed as part of an IADS(Integrated Air Defense System), of which the Russians have one of if not the most formidable IADS in the world. You can’t just pull Joe Shiite the Ragman off the street, stick him in an SA-17 and let him go to town. These SAM crews are highly trained. As part of the overall IADS, someone up the chain had to give the word to engage. That someone knew exactly what this aircraft was. This is on Putin, he owns this.
Remember folks, the Obama Administration has been telling us for almost two years that Benghazi was caused by a baloney video. Now, they know within a few hours that a missile did it and they know what kind of missile it was and that the Ukrainians didn’t do it? It could very well be some really bad stuff, but I’d wait a while before making any pronouncements
It appears the crew that manned that 9K37 Buk missile system didn't have enough training and instead of shooting down what was supposed to be a Ukrainian An-26, they accidentally shot down a jet airliner.

They say missile, but that may change. In a couple of years it my be found to be a problem with the center fuel tank.Or does that type of thorough investigation only happen in America?
